I can't open anything... mouse works very well but if tried click on any program then you can not click on it, please help what should I do now... p.s, my computer works fine in safe mode with networking, but in normal mode its completely freeze

  I m wondering why you get this disc with your laptop, why? Because I do not have the recovery disk, but I had to create one using the Toshiba recovery disc creator software
