  EDIT: Trying to recover a Vista operating system

  For anyone who has the same problem, I found a solution. I cloned the original hard drive using the Clonezilla fallback option. After using Clonezilla to image on the new hard disk, the partition which held that most of the data of the laptop is not mountable, however the partition containing the restore partition was a perfect copy. I turned on the computer, hit escape to access the menu (for a list of options such as boot order, etc, which included an option for recovery), and then choose recovery option. While the recovery discs, I received from HP refused to work with the new hard drive, the Vista restored cloned recovery partition without flaw.

• BSOD when trying to install Win7 64 bit with the new motherboard

  I installed a new motherboard in my system (a MSI P43 C51). Before that, I got a Gigabyte G41MT-S2P. The rest of the configuration is: Q9650, Thermaltake truespirit 90 cooler, 2 x 4 GB DDR3 1333, GTX 470, 750W PSU, case name, SATA HDD 500 GB, Windows 7 64 bit.

  Well, the problem started when I tried to boot into windows with the new motherboard: I got BSOD 1 second after windows starts loading. I thought... new motherboard, install new windows, so I tried to install windows 7 64 bit DVD and USB stick, I get the STOP: 0x0000000A error during installation. I changed the HARD drive, thinking that it could be a bad sector problem, but no, the other hard drive behaved exactly the same thing. I got BSOD at 40% extraction, extraction of 90% and for the moment "Complete the installation..." ». I also tried to install with the stick of memory only one, spent between ports, everything. The material I have works, as I played on my PC every day in the last month and received no. BSOD, also had a small overclock the CPU and the GPU (100 MHz on the processor, that the old motherboard supported more than 343 fsb and about 100 MHz on the GPU).   You can activate the Device Manager to view hidden devices by following the steps mentioned below:
