  I had to replace my Treo 800w because I could no longer calls. I used Activesync and Sprite backup to restore my data and apps on my new camera. A few issues I had with this is that I now have a ghost on the device e-mail account. On the today screen, it shows the email account I had set up on my previous 800w and shows I've got 62 unread emails. When I click on it it does not open the e-mail folder but goes to the account selection screen. Initially, she had the opportunity to set up a new account.   Thanks for the reply. In fact, I found an easier way to solve the problem.

  1) go to Sprite backup settings and uncheck the e-mail.

  (2) make a backup.

  (3) do a restore. No e-mail accounts don't are set up again.

  (4) set up the desired e-mail account.

  This fixed my problem without doing the hard reset.

  This is most likely a problem with the Exchange account and not your phone. I had a similar problem with an Exchange account on my iPhone and was able to solve it by signing on the account, and then insert it again.

• Deleted messages are just "grey" on server

  Hello everyone,

  When I delete an Email in TB-Inbox, it disappears in TB, but not in my Inbox online of my Emailprovider. This is just Gray (not read, unread, something different).

  Is there a way to tell TB to remove deleted messages 'completely '? For the moment, I have to delete emails twice. Sometimes I have to manage my emails in the browser so I died is not to have these gray 'Gray Ghost email' out there.

  My settings:

  (1) IMAP
  (2) account Settings / server settings / when I delete a message / move to this folder / Trash
  (3) account Settings / sync / storage / to retrieve space....
  -Remove all CHECKED Messages
  -Remove all but the most recent... messages disabled
  -Delete messages more than... days old UNchecked
  -Always keep starry messaged CHECKED

  Once, I told TB to delete older Emails that 30 days TB deleted any more than 30 days in EACH folder (although "always keep played messaged" was always CHECKED). So I'm a little afraid to make experiences in these options.

  This seems to be how your email webpage poster e-mail providers ' marked as being deleted. When you write off/compact folders in Thunderbird it should disappear from webmail.

• iPhone 5 reminders does not.

  I'm going in and click on the + button and create a new reminder. Nothing appears after the selection is made, and the recall never comes. Everything worked well until 2 days ago. The only thing I did recently was to remove and reinstall an e-mail account to get rid of the ghosts emails. That works fine, but the reminders stop working.  I exhausted all the settings to try to find a solution and rebooted iPhone several times. Here is a screenshot of the ap recall after just a reminder a few minutes ago. Nothing appear.

  I understand newly created reminders may not appear on your iPhone.  Is there a chance that recalls were related to e-mail address you deleted?  When you tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars on your iPhone, you will see a list of accounts and what are the features associated with them.  You see your iCloud account?  When you tap it, is activated (green button) reminders? • How can I stop Mail with full-screen, can only leave by force quit...

  Since trying without success to get rid of some ghost emails, (message reads cannot send in the trash, because there is no e-mail!) I can't get Mail to quit smoking by using force quit.  Because it takes up mode full screen and I can't get the red and the green power button keys.

• I have emails ghosts

  AS you can see from the photos below, I have emails ghosts in one of my email accounts that started when I updated to 9.3.5. I would go to the email and it showed 1 unread email, but there was no e-mail. Now it is showing 3 unread emails and there is no emails. I tried everything to get rid of it but it does not work. Can someone give an overview of what's going on? I registered on my account where my email is and there is no email. I deleted junk and trash and erased all uo, but it doesn't do a thing at the level of the mail app on my iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is showing 3 unread, but as you can see, there is nothing there.

  

  You could try to remove and re-add the e-mail account. Force quit the Mail app that could also help.

  Two things may apply here.  The first is that, in fact, someone stole your credentials because you signed in to your mailbox using a public hotspot.  If you can still access your mailbox with a web browser, on a private network (such as your home network) and change your password to something complex and unguessable, using at least 10 characters, the characters being a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation or special characters.  Who must thwart those who have stolen credentials, denying them access to your mailbox.

  The second thing that can apply is that your box to the letters is safe, but your address was hacked, which means that spammers are using their own mailing envelopes but by specifying your e-mail as well as the mailing address, something that is very easy to do something that happens to almost everyone who allows their address be visible in a public forum (such as Facebook or an online discussion group).  This case if it is a serious problem and not a threat to you.  Since spammers change mailing addresses frequently, they will move to use yours.

  I just updated my iPhone 5 c to iOS 10.0.1.

  Since then, in Mail, my "sent" folder indicates that it is 518 emails unread in it.

  No emails are visible to all.

  Any ideas?

  After you delete all emails from my Inbox, and sent folder, the 518 "unread" persists even if there is no emails in these two places.

  Hello. I am late wit, trying to fix my phone.

  TELEPHONE PROBLEMS

  • Phone works normally
  • Playing the "brain Wars" and screen locked for dinner
  • Unlocked the screen during dinner and opens the native camera app to watch a photo

  So, Yes, it's close enough. It is so incredibly frustrating all over the room. I'd like to think I'm a little more knowledgeable about computers than most people, but this whole process is just ridiculously little intuitive and it gives me a very bad impression of Sony, it's phone(s) and it is software (s). I love my Z3 very well, but it seems that it's * beep * ed all the time. At least with my old iPhone I didn't have to deal with annoying * beep * like this.

  I thought about it.  I'll give you brand your kudo day anyway.  Finally, it is a part of menu "purge" deleted items is not intuitively obvious.  Who did the trick.  Looking in the files (including the deleted folder), who were all empty, was not good enough.  Thanks for the help though - you made me think...
