  Hello

  I want to install a whole new 8610 to our computer with WIndows 8.1 HP's OfficeJet Pro and I use a USB cable.

  I installed everything correctly according to the setting (green controls along the + "full installation") and the printer is set as default (also with the green check mark).

  There is communication between the two because I can print test pages (head alignment, etc.) for HP printer app and I can also scan a doc to the PC successfully.

  Despite the light the printer in the print menu, when you try to print, I can't any print file from PC to the printer, an email or a Word doc.

  And what baffles me, is that I can see the printed file go into the queue for a bit of treatment, then it disappears as if it's done, but it is not an activity of the printer.

  You might try the recommendation at the following link.   If this does not resolve your problem, you might want to try the tool print and scan diagnostic.

  Solution:

  1. Close all applications and restart the computer.
  2. Insert the Windows Vista DVD or Windows Server 2008 DVD into the DVD drive of the computer.
  3. In the settings window, click install now.

     Note If Windows does not automatically detect the DVD, follow these steps:

  ·         Click on Startand type : \setup.exe in the box to start the search .
  Note The placeholder is the drive letter of the computer's DVD.

  ·         In the list of programs , click Setup.exe.

  ·         In the settings window, click install now.

  1. Click connect to get the latest updates for installation (recommended).
  2. Type the CD key if you are prompted to do so.
  3. Click Yes to accept the Microsoft software license agreement.
  4. On the which type of installation do you want? of the screen, click upgrade.
  5. When the installation is complete, restart your computer and try again to install updates.

     The steps above should solve the problem.

  You are unable to play the music and narration at the same time, you can adjust the audio levels to determine which audio will play louder than the other in your movie.

  The audio settings by default in Windows Movie Maker is for the audio portion of imported video and any narration or music that you add to play at an equal level, but you can change that setting if it does not give you the balance that you want. To adjust the audio levels, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Tools, then the Audio levels.
  2. Do one of the following:
     • To increase the level of audio on the Audio track that is part of a video clip, drag the slider toward Audio from video.
     • To increase the level of audio that is located on the audio / music, drag the slider to Audio / Music.
  3. Click close.

  So I recently got a new iPhone with enough storage that I can finally put all my music on it! When I transferred all my stuff again phone via iCloud only music that appears is the music that I actually purchased via iTunes (which makes sense).  However, I have a lot of music in my iTunes account on my laptop from a CD that I used to have.  Whenever I try to sync my iPhone to iTunes on my laptop, so I can also transfer music, I think I did not buy through iTunes that it gives me an error saying "the iPhone is useless because it requires a newer version of iTunes."  When I try to update the version of iTunes on my computer it says I already have the latest version.  And the iPhone to iTunes version should already be completely up to date.  I need help!

  Since you are being invited to turn off Genius, you can add music, please use the following information to resolve these two issues:

  Turn on or off the Genius

  If iCloud music library is enabled, you cannot disable Genius.

  Choose file > library > Genius (toggle Genius).

  Turning off the Genius Genius Genius Shuffle shuts and and the Genius Mix.
