  Download and install a pack of codecs, such as K-Lite (Google for it). You can find THAT WMP can then read the file.

  Or

  Download and install a small program called Gspot (Google it)! Drag and drop in its window one of the files, you can't plzy. It will tell you which codecs are used. You can then download and install the only after doing a search on the web for it.

  Running WIndows Server 2008 R2.  Desktop experience is responsible.  In my view, that it includes Windows Media Player V12.

  Try to play the DVD.  The message "setting resolution".  Setting resolution does not help.

  Installed K-Lite Codec Pack full.  Get the same message on the resolution setting.  Uninstall K - Lite Codec Pack now I get ' WMP cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.

  Here it is:

  running of IE as an administrator

  go to http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/indivsite/en/indivit.asp

  Press F12 to enable Compatibility Mode

  go to developer tools, and then click navigation Mode

  Select "Internet Explorer 10 compatibility view

  This will allow the button update to Windows Media Player

  I manually set all the permissions of the application to allow before running this application.  The application is signed as well.

  So the question is, how I play multimedia files from the examples folder?  Is there an IT strategy that would block this type of access to the files?

The audio is in a language other than English, but there are English subtitles available. If I play the file in Windows Media Center or Windows Movie Maker, and then present subtitles, but in Windows Media Player, subtitles are not. I activated the option of subtitles (play > lyrics, captions and subtitles > on) but still no results. I use software different media if necessary, but my favorite is WMP and prefer to use it.
