If I understand correctly, you cannot have your Smart keyboard automatically cuts your iPad Pro when you pull the Smart keyboard physically the Smart Connector. To start, make sure your iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard are in a position to Type. Remove the Smart keyboard for your iPad Pro. Restart your device, like closing down and starting process is important to keep the iOS software works correctly. Once your iPad Pro is restarted and return to the home screen, reconnect the Smart keyboard and test the question.
