Three months before I configure e-mail in the apex and the mail was sent to apex as usual.

But now it does not, as I couldn't guess the problem because there is none of the mails in the mail queue and it doesn't show any errors in the apex.

But I don't know why im not receive emails.

Since we set up our own smtp server and it is the address of the host of this 172.16.1.25 and I have also specified in the settings.l instance

And we also use database 11g, we have activated the network as services.

Then also, why im not receive emails, I don't know.

It worked before, but it doesn't now. All that's missing here.

Hey Mini,
This message is typical of a server that is not reachable for any reason any.
It might be that the smtp service is not running or it is not responding on the configured port or IP address (is it operational? it still works on the same IP? is there a firewall between the two? have you recently changed firewall rules?)

Open the command line on the computer that runs the apex and try this

Telnet port addr

for example, I have a test of smtp server to 192.168.1.24 running on port 25 and my virtual servers apex I can perform this test to check if it is running:

Telnet 192.168.1.24 25

25 is the standard SMTP port.

If it works, if opens a connection with the SMTP server, if not, will report you an error.
