Yoga 2 10.1

Hello. I just bought 2 yoga 10.1 yesterday and it won't turn. I thought it might needs load so I loaded it until it is full (the light has stopped flashing and it turned on all the time) and still it won't turn. Now I tried the power button for 60 seconds I've read in other post, but nothing happened. Is anyway to fix this without shipping at lenovo?

How the other drive app option to calculate calories? I did 45 minutes yoga with him and he showed the 260 callus which is high of 45 mins of yoga session.

    ISuspect that is not correct.

    Hello

Saving workouts through the app to drive using others as the type of activity, active calories are estimated at a rate equivalent to a brisk walk or based on the data recorded by the heart rate sensor, according to what is higher.

The following steps can help to improve the accuracy of the estimates made by your watch:

    • Estimates for calories and other results depend, in part, your personal information. To verify that it is accurate:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > health > Edit (top-right).
    • While training, to optimize the performance of the heart rate sensor (data from which is used when estimating calories), make sure you wear your watch fits on top of your wrist. Apple suggests that consider you the clamping Strip before starting a workout and it loosen again thereafter.
      • Note that the heart rate sensor is likely to give better results for the workouts that involve rhythmic (such as running) rather than the irregular movements.
    • Calibrate your watch can improve the accuracy of various estimates related to the activity, including estimates of calorie. To calibrate your watch, follow the instructions in the link below support article. You can reset your calibration data and start the process:
      • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > privacy > Motion & Fitness > tap reset Calibration data.

  • Problem of yoga book Android Bluetooth

    Hello

I'm having a problem with my book of Yoga.

Do you have the update? Some third party app you downloaded or an extension to save the battery may be blocking you too. If nothing works, you should be able to reset it to factory settings settings >... > Factory reset.

  • Impossible to install linux on a new purchased yoga 80ue 900

    Hello

    I have a * problem *.

Having invested my hard earned money in a working tool, I can't work on it since

I can't install linux and windows 10 is terrible.

    Can you help me?

In response to the demands of the customers for a BIOS that allows Linux to be installed on models 900 Yoga and Ideapad s 710, Lenovo has started to release new BIOS.

For a complete list of the models receiving these BIOS, please read this Knowledge Base article: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Yoga-Series-Notebooks/Yoga-900-and-Ideapad-710S-Linux-Only-BIOS/...

  • Yoga: S1 ThinkPad won't start, only the light flashes three times.

So I just bought a refurbished Thinkpad Yoga and everything was great for a little while. So I decided to stop it and put it aside for a few minutes. After coming back, he now refuses to even POST. I tried each power cycle I could think of, in various combinations and traveled several forums. At the end of the day, I have no functional solution.

    Current situation:

System responds in any way other that 'i' (in the Thinkpad logo) light flashes three times when the charger is connected, or even when you press the reset button while the charger is plugged. Another illicits nothing any kind of beep, light, or otherwise.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you and best regards.

I have the feeling that you had opened the back cover of tinkering with components (whether a change of SSD or the modem 3g / 4g).

the symptoms you described sounds exactly like a cut cable MB. You can try opening the hood back and on the left side, you will see a wire labeled "MB". tighten, and the computer should fit now.

  • Yoga touchscreen works do not...

    Hey everybody,

I picked up my Yoga today, and I love it. However, about an hour ago the touch screen went completely insensitive.

The last thing I remember to do, before noticing the touch screen becomes unresponsive, was installing the Android SDK. (Well, I ran the installer, but it has not identified the JDK).

So, here I am, with the touch screen not functional at all. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried the "refresh" and that did not work. I'll probably try the installation option / wipe in a bit. I guess that would tell me for some if it is a hardware problem or not.

I really hope this isn't a design flaw with the 360 hinge causing problems. Really, I love the laptop and would not have enough to deal with hardware problems like this on the road. :/

I will call support in the morning, I was hoping to get this resolved tonight if anyone has had a similar problem.

    Thank you!

  • Tablet Lenovo Yoga 3. How to change default storage for ext SD map

    Hi team,

I brought a new Tablet from Lenovo Yoga 3 (2 GB ram, 16 GB of internal storage)

I inserted my memory card and its full display available.

I couldn't find an option to set the default storage.

    Help, please.

    Thanks in advance

    Reach:

    Settings / storage

At the top you should have 'writing on the disk by default'. Simply select SD card.

By default, Apps will always be installed on internal memory. Those data can be moved, go on:

    Settings / applications

Select 'manage applications '. Go to the SD card tab. Everything that can be moved will be listed here. You must select each App (one at a time). On the next screen, there is a box that says "move to SD card". Press on & wait.

Other issues such as the media (music, videos) - depending on the application being used, you can record directly to SD card or use a file manager and manually move (cut / paste or ' move to ')

  • Lenovo Companion 3 cannot detect the batteries of my Yoga 3 Pro

I have 10 Windows and that you have installed the latest version of Lenovo Companion3 of the Windows store. The rest of the application checks very well except two things:

    1. It identifies my laptop as an Ideapad rather than as a Yoga
    2. The battery cannot be identified

Bug in the app? or is my model not supported of moel laptop?

Update: the application of parameters of Lenovo has the same problem, but specifies that "no battery is installed. The laptop is running on battery, which is not normal.

Problem has been resolved by update Lenovo companion software that was delivered by the window / Windows store.

  • Yoga 2 13 (non-Pro) compatibility Linux?

Just curious to know if anyone here has used the yoga 2 13 "model with Linux? I ordered a recently and I'm still waiting to happen, I've read some (older) comments that said compatibility was poor and some people say a lot of yoga-based questions have been fixed in recent kernels.

Doing things like hang it, backlight, auto rotation, locking of the keyboard/touchpad laptop-mode, etc?

Guess I'll answer my own question.

With the exception of the reorientation of the screen works out of the box with kernel 3.17 + GNOME 3.12 (using arch linux, but that probably doesn't matter much if you use a modern kernel). Apparently older kernels are buggy with wifi.

Pleasantly surprised. Only problem I've had is that the wireless card seems meh, at the beginning, I thought it was the drivers but further inspection, it seems that it's just not very good. The display is very high quality and overall it is a good laptop.

  • X 1 yoga: cannot adjust the brightness

I can't adjust the brightness on my Thinkpad X 1 of Yoga. I ran all the updates driver, lenovo used and everything is up-to-date, including the BIOS. No matter what I do the brightness will either increase or decrease.

It is stuck on its maximum intensity, so is not too bad, and I would be reluctant to send in for repair and lose a week or work to get it fixed. Anyone can suggest that might help the wise software?

    Thank you!

Moderator Note: added the object model for better visibility.

In response to the customer reports that the brightness of the screen can be controlled via a key entry on X 1 Yoga ThinkPad, Lenovo has released a fix. The patch is a registry change to restore this function.

  • Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga X 1 touch screen does not work

    Hi all

I just bought a brand new Thinkpad Yoga X 1 and out of the box, the touch screen is not recognized by windows and no entry through fingers or via pen works.

I would be very happy if someone could tell me if it's just a wrong settings or if the laptop is faulty.

    Thank you in advance,

    Hello Peter,.

Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately, it was not a software problem, but the dealer that I bought traded without any hesitation and now I have a new unit that works like a charm.

  • Yoga KB and Touch Pad disabled on Flip screen

Hey just got my Lenovo Yoga 13.3 inches. Totally love it. But I had a problem. After that I rinsed the partitions and reinstalled windows my keyboard and touch pad disable when I flip the screen back. It's actually quite a serious problem for me because I like really amazing this guy back on the couch. I installed all the drivers from the site and went through the bios. Haven't seen anything specific to my problem.

    Help, please!

I noticed that it seems to have to go further than before after resettlement. Still, it turns off when completely closed, but use it as a portable reverse as it seems hit or miss if it disabled for me as well. about 180 seems like it should be the point to turn it off, but it weel as it does not disable consistantly until a little past at least 270.
