You just bought stolen Portege M400!

On 27 October, I bought Toshiba Portege M400-103 (part number PPM40E-01201CRU, store in Moscow). It was new in box (but not waterproof). Then I registered it to Toshiba 3-year warranty. They asked for proof of purchase, I provided it (reception and cash-memo and a photo of the label on the package), and then, they confirmed my warranty.

Yesterday, when they surf on this site, I found the link to the database of stolen laptops and checked my serial number. He said that my Portege M400 is STOLEN!

If I have a proof of purchase, it is always very embarrassing for me to have such a marked mobile. Should I return it to the store? Should I talk about Toshiba (although, why they confirmed the warranty on a stolen laptop?). What should I do?

PPM40E-01201CRU is the serial number of portable.
What you need is the * serial number.

I checked the database stolen units Toshiba I found on the support page, and there are many units PPM40E-01201CRU with different serial numbers.
Please check this!

If your serial number will then contact the service provider allowed in your country and explain this situation!
