  Your 'Virus' is Mackeeper, except that it is not a virus.   It's just a thorough nuisance.   Download Malware bytes free trial version which should help to remove.  But remember, if it does the job, it is a version gtrial.

  You can try to use Windows Easy Transfer to transfer data and settings to C: on D: drive and install Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit on the C: drive. After installing Windows Vista 64 bit on C: drive try to reuse Windows Easy transfer to transfer the data back (from D: to C: drive).
