your guest has entered a State of sleep sleep

We test vSphere with some Windows 7 guests. When I get home in the morning, I can not connect to the VM over RDP. When I check the logs of events on vCenter, he says "your guest has entered standby state sleep." Once I connect from a console, I can get to it from RDP. I've not seen this before and I can't tell where to turn it off. Anyone know how to stop the virtual machine to go to sleep?

Thank you

Scott

    The apex Version: Application Express 4.1.0.00.32
    Web browser: Internet Explorer 8
    Oracle DB: 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0

    Is there a way to validate whether a user has entered at least one item on a form?

    I have a function:
    function hasPageValues return a Boolean value
    is
    Boolean v_item_found: = false;
    Start

    for rITM in
    (select nom_element
    of apex_application_page_items
    where application_id = Apex_Application.g_flow_id
    and page_id = Apex_Application.g_flow_step_id
    )
    loop
    -the element's value
    If v (rITM.item_name) is not null then
    v_item_found: = true;
    end if;
    end loop;

    Return v_item_found;
    end hasPageValues;

    I call this function returning a Boolean in my posting of the page. It doesn't seem to work. It always returns false. What am I missing and is there a better way to do this type of validation. Sorry I'm new to APEX. Thank you very much!

    SmV says:
    Also, I added the part output in the above code and it still does not work. Always returns false.

    When you have a problem in the APEX you can use debug mode to trace what actually demand. It is advisable to include the code of instrumentation in your program units that will generate useful debugging information. To do this, use apex_debug_message API:

    create or replace function hasPageValues (
        p_app_id  in pls_integer
      , p_page_id in pls_integer)
      return boolean
    is
      v_item_found boolean := false;
    begin

      for rITM in (
        select
                  item_name
                , display_as
        from
                  apex_application_page_items
        where
                  application_id = p_app_id
        and       page_id = p_page_id)
      loop
        apex_debug_message.log_message(rITM.item_name || ' (' || rITM.display_as || '): ' || v(rITM.item_name));
        -- does the item have a value
        if v(rITM.item_name) is not null
        then
          apex_debug_message.log_message(rITM.item_name || ' is not null: exit.');
          v_item_found := true;
          exit;
        end if;
      end loop;

      apex_debug_message.log_message('hasPageValues = ' || case when v_item_found then 'TRUE' when not(v_item_found) then 'FALSE' else null end);

      return v_item_found;

    end hasPageValues;

    Hi BigDcdn,

    For us, in order to better afin de mieux aider help you with this issue, please send us screenshots of what follows:
    • List of child accounts on https://familysafety.microsoft.com
    • Settings for the computer of the child concerned on the site of the family safety (the page where it shows queries, e-mail notifications, etc.).
    • The list of the user accounts on your computer
    I have sent you a private message for instructions. After you download it, please let know us in this thread.
    Thank you.

    Okay, so I thought about it and it's ugly and not intuitive.

    The REAL CAUSE of the ROOT of this error is that you CANNOT add a new kid in the Family Safety (FSS) Web site.

    But as a solution, you can add a new kid on the Section of the Windows Phone website My family.

    FIRST STEP remove account the offending child of family on the site of the FSS under the management of the list of the members of the family section. Once this has been completed, follow the workaround below.

    WORKAROUND

    1. Then from the sign of site Web of Windows Phone with your Microsoft Account (MSA) (parent).
    2. Hover over your name just below upper right of the search box and you will get a context box.
    3. In the context box, select My Family.
    4. In the Section My family, you will have two lists. PARENTS and CHILDREN, and especially an ADD A KID to the right of the list headers.
    5. Click on the link. Now, you will get a login screen of the MSA.
    6. Register your child or have them enter login and password. They will appear as a kid under the section of your Windows Phone my family. Even if they do not have a phone you can add.
    7. Ask them to connect in hotmail\outlook.com with their MSA will complete the configuration of security for the family.

    REAL SOLUTION

    There must be a link on the site of the FSS for KID A ADD (add a child would be more enjoyable unless of course you are a family of goats) identical to that of the Windows Phone my family section. Seems like a logical place to have this option?

    I hope this helps anyone else having this problem.

  • Want to 17j-111-sl: recovery failed - your account has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator-

    Hello world

    I really hope you can help me because I'm running out of option...

    First of all, sorry for all the mistakes possible, I'll do, English is not my first language.

    My Hp envy 17-j111sl gave me hard times, crashing while playing the game online using firefox playerwith unity3d.

    Although I have day all, I had another BSOD while playing.

    In addition, the laptop is drammatically slow at startup... I mean it took 16-20 minutes to boot successfully.

    For this reason, I tried to restore using HP Recovery Manager to restore the laptop computer and the operating system.

    The process did not went well. I was a report that said "detect an error in the PININST_BBV" and "critical error condition has been detected to BBV1."

    At this point, I had to restart the laptopt, but I can not connect because "my account has been disabled. Please contact administrator. There is no one else on the laptop, just me, the administrator. I set a password when I used the laptop for the first time, but now he don't ask me the password. I just can not simply open a session, with no other options.

    Unfortunately, I don't have the recovery disc, so I checked on the website if they were available, but nothing...

    If I press "ESC" at the beginning, then click on "recovery" it always does the same thing... I click on "Administrator" and the message "your account has been disapled".

    The laptop was supplied with W8.1

    Please, clues? I'm really worried

    0rignal title: Vista SP1 didn't update problem

    So, recently, I was on my computer of gf and noticed she had some updates, it could use his computer which included the SP1 update.  So I went through the process trying to update his computer and he has been a disaster and have had many problems and seems to have tried everything.  It has a Dell inspiron 1525 and has no CD and no key for its program of Vista.  I burned a Vista recovery disk and tried troubleshooting by using that, but have not had much luck.  When I use the Startup Repair tool there is no nothing.  So I tried to use the restore of the system with the Description of "install: Windows Vista Service Pack 1.  He had a restore point saved just before I tried to update to SP1.  Whenever I chose this method, it's but the whole process then in the end it says:

    "System restore was not entirely successful.  File system and the setting of your computer have not changed. "

    then he begins to list the details with the error code (0x80071AA7) and then gives me the option to close or 'Run System Restore"once again that is an endless loop, because I just end up with the same error each time.  If anyone has had this problem and bring myself through it.  I don't want to reinstall windows because it seems simply ridiculous and plus that she a lot of pictures on his computer and I want to get rid of those.

    Hello

    Follow the steps and check if the problem persists.

    Step 1:

    I suspect that your security program may be responsible for this. I would suggest you temporarily disable all security software and try the system restore.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/disable-antivirus-software

    Note : Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.  In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

    Step 2:

    As for installing updates is concerned, I you should install them after you put your computer in aclean boot State. There could be a third-party software in conflict with updates. Clean boot helps eliminate these conflicts.

    Note: Restart your machine as usual by following step 7.

    • Change "8 to 20 (decimal) MaxFilters"
    • Reset

Some data are not included in the file back. DataType: BlackBerry Messenger entered: 0/2 ".

    Hello and welcome to the community!

    Could the BBM Contacts... There are situations where those who are not properly saved with desktop software. Reference:

    • KB20554 How to back up and restore the BlackBerry Messenger contacts list

    If you moved to BBM 7, then your BBM contacts are saved "the cloud" as part of your association ID BB to BBM.

    Otherwise, you can compare the databases on your BB against what is contained in the backup file to determine exactly what is missing:

    • KB03974 List of database for the blackBerry smartphone

    You would need a 3rd party PC app to analyze and present you the backup file "readable" format to compare.

  • "Sorry, your computer has encountered an error and needs to restart. We are only collecting the error information, and then we'll restart for you. "windows 8

    Hi so I recently bought a new computer and out of no where he worked in some really annoying errors. This has happened three times, I can't understand a reason yet, AFAIK, it occurs randomly. A few times I start up my computer and it starts just the windows icon, the loading circle is not displayed. If I let it run it will remain still frozen. After a few reboots, he says still 'preparation auto repair' is still frozen. This has happened 3 times.

    The first time I have not jumped into the recovery CD, no problem, used a system restore, it was all good.

    The second time, she actually had a cause, our power went out and my pc was used, then maybe he could have ruined a circuit. So I put the CD, it wouldn't recognize it and if he did, he would freeze just and nothing to do. I tried F8, F12 and F1: he didn't even recognize these keys or react at least based on them.
    After a few restarts I miraculously managed to do recognize the CD and this time I made a cooling system.
    This lead me to think it might be some of my files/programs, but I'm still working on acquiring them all back after the update so I think it is unlikely that. 3rd time: yet once, it happened when I turned it on after a normal closed. It would not recognize the cd or the keys. After maybe 15 attempts, but rather oddly, everything was OK? I also noticed that my Tablet Wacom Intuos 5 is connected it will not start, but if I unplug it, it starts very well. (Driver error?)

    All this is fine and dandy, I can deal with it, but not until recently that error in the title stood. I noticed, that it normally occurs when the computer is in "sleep" or the monitor turns off because it is inactive. If I move the mouse to bring on the monitor, it is just a bright blue solid then the following message: "sorry, your computer has encountered an error and needs to restart. We are only collecting the error information, and then we'll restart for you"appears and it stops. Whenever this happens, it starts up just fine, it is just annoying it encounters this error whenever I use it. I tried to do system recoveries, but it did not help. I can just do a reset or refreshment, but again once I do not want this effort and to lose files if the error is still going to happen. I'm not sure if this is a hardware error, heating, maybe? But I'm not all that experience in these things. As I said, this computer is fairly new, maybe 2 months, then maybe I could just put its warranty policy to use. But if you can think of anyway to help, it would be great thanks!

    Hi Kaelie,

    This issue seems to be with the material. As you mentioned that your computer is under warranty. It would be better if you contact the manufacturer of your computer for help on this issue.

    Just reply to us if you are having problems with Windows in the future. We will be happy to help you.

  • Your file has an existing password. This will be sent to you. [*] - has been ignored.

    If anyone else has experienced this? I'm building a membership site. Once the free trial has expired, and someone registers to a paid plan in the form of paid plan, the system refuses to recognize the password they use in paid form.  The e-mail of welcome this said even the password:

    Your file has an existing password. This will be sent to you. [*] - has been ignored.

    This seems really confusing and, if the customer has entered a new password in the registration paid, they can't connect without a reset.

    Thoughts?

    Hey there,

    Because this entry will already be in the CRM and they have a user name and password, this is what is happening. Because they are not updated their contact information, but fill out a new application in this case it does not update the password as well, otherwise it would cause problems.

    Then... With this in mind that you should be looking at why a person who is already in the system with the user name and password is filled in, then maybe you should watch to give two options to register or login to update details of account etc.

    Once you fix the stream, you should be able to avoid this.

    Hope that helps.

  • Enter the statement in the form of data

    Hi all

    In property from form data section there is an option "Enter the statement". Is it possible to see this instruction except in edit mode?

    Published by: 860905 on March 16, 2012 17:19

    Yes. There are two ways. When you click on the Forms folder, it will give the list the name of the form. In the right column, the instructions are displayed.

    In addition, once you have opened a form, it has a button in the toolbar. Looks like a document with a small 'i' in front of it. It is about 15 buttons to the right of the button "explore". Press and it will guide you.

    Hope this helps,
