YouTube Video Overlay on my desktop each time I minimize Firefox.

When I watch videos on you tube they play very well. but, when I reduce the window, video overlays on what was behind it. This includes office and other programs.

The only way I can make it go away is to close the browser.
It started to happen with the last minor update of Firefox.

Any help.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration, has solved the problem for me

You see when I go on this site to watch a video witch is through video youtubthe will play for a little bit, then it will freeze but will continue to play the audio from the video, but the video is still frozen. • Why my youtube video does not appear on my wordpress site on firefox udesign?

I have a site of udesign I downloaded my video to through youtube. It was working fine until I did the last update. all forums instruct all the world to use the code, but with my theme I don't even no where to put the code. I've also read about html5. What is a potential reason? I don't know what to do at this point. Help, please!

From your initial description, you used a specific YouTube button or a widget on your WordPress site to embed the video.

The other way to do is paste the code from YouTube (below the video, in the sharing options) to see if it works better. You can start a new article and just use Preview rather than change your homepage, until you can verify that it works.

When you change your post - I don't know udesign, I know only the regular WordPress - you should see two tabs: Visual and text. The text tab lets you paste in the HTML code. Then you can preview and see if she leaves.

  • Cookie permissions changed to allow each time you start Firefox

OK, here's the deal. Recently, I noticed that cookies are allowed despite their has refused. After messing around, I discovered that everything in having disabled cookies, whenever I run the FF cookies automatically application becomes activated (both accept cookies & third 3rd party cookies is checked). I removed the Cookie Monster & it's the same thing. I already deleted the file prefs.js and this was not good. At the time, I toggle the installed Cookies, which I have to click every time FF launches. At the launch, it starts as denied, and then it turns into permits. Once I click the icon and set it on refuse, then the checkmarks in the boxes to get out. So why are cookies automatically set parameters to allow whenever I run the FF application?
I wonder if DoNotTrack had something to do with it? I've removed from FF. I also Ghostery, but until a week ago, Ghostery & Cookie Monster played well together.
Anyone have any ideas? The browser has been infected with something? Noted today, launch FF in safe mode shows also that the parameters of cookies change not to permit. Apparently something running in normal mode is at the origin of the problem. Other plug ins present on the browser are: NoScript, Foxy Proxy, AdBlock plus, fast Java and Norton toolbar.

Have you tried to disable all add-ons that specifically mention cookies?

If you feel that other settings changes do not stick, too , between sessions, this may indicate a problem with permissions or file locks in your profile folder.

External your security suite or other security/privacy software have its own settings cookies could be pushing into Firefox in some way?
