• BlackBerry Z10 BlackBerry World app crashing on Z10 phone

  Hello BlackBerrians,
  I knew the World of BlackBerry app crashes when I try to run it on my Z10. I use a 100-2, with the OS 10.2.1.2102 STL. I get the message: "year error has occurred and BlackBerry World needs to close." Try to wait a few minutes and then reopen BlackBerry World'. This happened about a month now.
  I have to repeatedly open and close the application until it finally works. The updated OS that I applied was a small BlackBerry published approximately one month, there are or not. It is the only link I can associate with this error. Does anyone else know this problem? How can I solve it?

  I realized that when I swith off my WiFi connection and the use of the mobile data connection to connect to the BlackBerry World, it is not closing. I can then turn on the WiFi and continue normally. It's the work that I found about work. I'll use it until BlackBerry releases another update of its software OS10. Thanks for your help.

  I recently had my blackberry Z10 replaced because one does not turn on at all (after 4 months), my second replacement not detected by my Blackberry link (it was only for a few hours) and now my third new blackberry Z10 has another problem (got it yesterday) - Blackberry world does not load upward.

  UPDATE:

  My blackberry world works now and I did not do anything else to do the sorting. It seems that regular maintenance is done about it. I would have been nice for us users of BlackBerry phones to be kept informed when there is a scheduled maintenance just if we are aware and in an emergency and we can not use phones...

  I think that the use of a BB world could be transposed using a ListView with

  as well as SnapMode::LeadingEdge & FlickMode: SingleItem. They were just a hung timer that fires after a period of time where the carousel has not interacted with.

  This is probably due to a problem with the app update. Workaround BB music should correct the having problem.
  Go to the music of BB. Press the three points and the world blackberry selet. Go to My World and them my Apps and check the updates. After that, the app world should operate normally.

  • Resets hard (after changing the settings above)
  • Soft resets
  • Battery grips
  • Tried to access BBW through 'games'... three points...
  • BBW of opening online and trying to access my blackberry through the online program.

  AND I just wiped my blackberry to start again, and it still does not!  Restoring my data was carried out using the 'fast' backup, so it should not be due to a conflict with another program.

  Can you please help - I'm about to tear my hair out!

  OK, as a work possible, try this: go to your music folder. Press the three points at the bottom right. I believe that if you have downloaded all the music in the BBerry world, the choice to access BBerry World will be there and it should work. If this is not the case, here are some other workarounds.

• Z10 Z10 BlackBerry App World for blackBerry "missing."

  I just upgraded the app World de BlackBerry of the application itself, and now the application icon has nothing inside but a square circle and triangle.  I can't open the application, clicking on it does nothing.  I am also unable to delete it and a security wipe + reboot of the phone is not helping.

  I followed the steps to preview (with the intention of renting) a movie (SkyFall) via Blackberry World

  1. I have connected my Z10 for my projector (Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8350) via micro-HDMI port

  2. the movie preview appears correctly (in landscape mode) on the Z10 but it appears Potrait of the projector mode (title by an angle of 90 degrees higher than a normal landscape mode). I tried to use the Rotation lock, but that did not help.

  This seems to be a fault as when I look at my home made movie via a maker of projects it correctly the movie landscape on the projector and my Z10.

  It is affecting the publishing service (and will result in the loss of revenue for Blackberry) and issue of IMO that should put you out a patch for this problem as soon as possible.   Hello

  I got skyscape on my BB "BOLD" and I tried several times to download it to my Z10. I get a msg saying Download complete but when I try to open it. I get a cannot open the msg. All of the suggestions.  Thank you.

  You must install with Blackberry World not through the web browser. Open Blackberry Appworld on your icon z10 page. Once opened, click on the search icon... Type in the sky and the application appears on your search. Click on the icon and will give you an option to download... It will download for you and install it for you. Once installed, it will show you the status of installed. You can launch from world BB, sliding from the top down and click on my downloads and click on open. You don't need wi - fi on if you have a mobile connection on the web.

  If you do a new BB ID, and you are ready to use it, you will need to do a wipe of security on your Z10 because your old ID BB will always be associated to your phone.

  To do a security wipe, slide down on your home screen and follow the settings > Security and privacy > Security wipe and follow the instructions. Note that all of the data associated with your old BB ID (contacts, paid apps BlackBerry World, etc.) will be lost and you will essentially be start over from the beginning.

  I've updated my stl z10 100 2 to 10.3.1 20 Feb. After that the phone becomes slow and started to hang. And the battery run out very quickly. I did the shot to safety.   I'm not 100% sure that this applies to you. The symptoms don't exactly match your description. But see http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB36747 and check your operating system against the versions indicated in the article. If your OS is one of those affected, discover the related utility. I don't know if there is a readme file when you unpack the zip file. If it is read everything first.
