Z10 blackBerry forgotten password &; BB ID answer and cannot access mail, now what?
I made a new account of BB ID as suggested:

If you do a new BB ID, and you are ready to use it, you will need to do a wipe of security on your Z10 because your old ID BB will always be associated to your phone.
To do a security wipe, slide down on your home screen and follow the settings > Security and privacy > Security wipe and follow the instructions. Note that all of the data associated with your old BB ID (contacts, paid apps BlackBerry World, etc.) will be lost and you will essentially be start over from the beginning.

I've been messing around with the parameters of property on some files and I found the encryption option and clicked on it. I couldn't say it makes all the difference (ignorance), so I did not bother to deselect it. It was a few months ago. My computer recently crashed and I wiped it and reinstalled the operating system. I keep all my files on an external hard drive, so I didn't save anything. I went to access these old files after the computer is running again and realized that I can not open them now. What should I do to decrypt? Thank you!

Since you don't back up your encryption keys, the data is inaccessible forever. Delete and move. There is no backdoor to EFS encryption. Next time be more careful about the use of the advanced features such as encryption without having to learn first about them. I'm sorry for your loss. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

Then you can try upgrading the BBM to the latest version available for your device?
Make that first make a local backup of your BBM contacts, after backup, delete or uninstall any existing version of your BlackBerry. On your home screen, go to Options > Advance Options > application > BlackBerry Messenger > delete BlackBerry Messenger of this list (highlight BBM press on the menu key and select delete)

When you download a new gadget which folder does download while it appears in the selection of additional gadget. I can't find a record that relates to the sidebar or gadgets on my computer. Ran a search, and they do not always show upward. Here are the steps to download and install new gadgets. http://freewindowsvistatutorials.com/meetWindowsVista/windowsSidebarAndGadgets/downloadAndInstallSidebarGadgets.htm. There is no particular place to download - usually, I download them to the desktop for installation and then I use C:\Users\
personal myself (with a special created Gadgets folder it contains) to store the download for use later, if necessary (assuming that I save it at all). Also, this procedure explains how to remove gadgets using the sidebar, so you don't have to go looking to uninstall files or anything like that. If this does not work, perhaps to restore the entire box will solve the problem. Here's how:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/963010. It can uninstall everything new gadgets that you added when it resets to zero (and I'm not positive that it will restore the original gadgets if he can fix the button greyed out), but if you accept that, it's worth a try.

Just upgraded to El Capitan and cannot access the calendar. It opens with a message 'Moving calendars to the server.
I cannot access all features and can be closed only by using force quit.
Please stop calendar and also the application of reminders, runs. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data.
If you synchronize some of your calendars, or reminders with iCloud, then in the iCloud preferences window, uncheck that marked calendars and reminders. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to remove your iCloud calendars and reminders of the computer. They will always be in iCloud. Re-check the boxes.
If you synchronize agendas or reminders with another network such as Google service, please open the preferences panel Internet accounts. Make a note of the settings for calendar accounts, then delete and recreate.
Launch schedule and see if there is an improvement.

HP 190 t and cannot access network after upgrade to win 8
Upgrade to Windows 8 and cannot access the internet on my desktop HP 190 t. No driver available on the HP support site. I can see received/transmitted data between router but that is as far as it goes. Have ideas or how to get the chipset drivers or should I get another network card? Everything else seems to work very well.
I found the problem. Norton Security Suite does not work with Win 8, causing conflicts. I have remove the application configured defender and firewall Windows to maintain security until Norton product can support 8 Win.
