  2. to reset the counter of software on the device, normally it works... let your device to charge connected to the charger OEM wallout. After an hour or longer, and STILL CONNECTED to the charger, remove the battery a minute then reinsert it to restart. You may need to do this once or three over the next few days.

  Hello. Did. Put the battery in back after 90 minutes. Already the battery showed 90% after falling to 75%. Then loaded and it loads to 98%. So great. Thank you. Hope it stays like that now

• Z10 Z10 BB blackBerry won't boot to the top

  Charged my z10 all night then in the morning that there was only one red light on the upper right side.

  Disconnected the usb charging cable (I was loading via the wall jack and not a pc) and the light goes out, but it won't start.

  Connected to a pc and just suite and every few seconds, he's trying to start because I see the words 'blackberry' lights up for about half a second, then it turns off and the Red led will return to red light.

  You select device and follow the instructions... When you are prompted to turn off the device, you may need to use the power button or the HIGH to the LOW volume switches to turn on the lamp unit out...   2.1 amps should not damage your phone or battery. I charge my Z10 with charger 2.1 amp all the time, he'll load faster however.  Just keep an eye on hot how he gets. Warm is ok, but it should not get hot have been we can't touch.

  Hello. I'm new to this forum and hope someone can help out. I have a locked Z10 and I am on a mobile phone service provider if it makes a difference. I called AT & T, and they suggested that I try to back up my phone by logging into Blackberry link and/or Blackbery Blend. I tried to do both and link does not allow me to log on because it recognizes my phone is locked. I logged on Blackberry Blend using my ID BB however it says I need to activate BlackBerry mixture on my phone to synchronize. I obviously can't do it because I don't remember my password.

  Is another that tries to enter any other passwords incorrect 10 times and my phone being wiped, there anything else I can do to unlock my phone? My phone will be usless after that my device is deleted?

On the choice of the network, I am able to select the required network (Airtel India) but not able to make phone calls. Neither the data service works. SMS message also works using the telephone network, but not the call. Tried restarting, remove the SIM and the battery without any improvement.

  When you try to call I always get the message "the cell phone line is not available. Choose a different phone line and try your call again.

  Last night at 10:30 I started a wipe of my BlackBerry Z10 security is expected to be completed at the time wherever I woke. But it is now 1:30 and it still shows the shredder icon.   Try to remove the battery for five minites, reinsert and see what happens. If the cloth continues, let it sit for a bit longer and then let us know.
