Zoom changed behavior

Since the upgrade to v31.0 I find the zoom function has changed. I have a big screen and I used the zoom to the width of the page in the browser window.

Now, when I zoom, the width of the page remains the same (in the center of the 2/3 or longer than the screen), but increases the size of the police and, on for many pages, then overlap its text boxes/frames.

How can I go back to the old behavior?

Hope someone can advise me - thanks in advance.

Do or you have you have full page zoom active?

  • CTRL + Space Zoom in behavior

In Photoshop CS4 (and Illustrator CS51) I can zoom in on a part of the document by pressing Ctrl + space and click-and - drag my mouse to select the area I want to enlarge. In Photoshop CS55, I get the cursor "magnifying" when I press Ctrl + space, but when I click-and - drag the image is zoomed immediately rather than allow me to select the area I want to enlarge. I tried to change the Zoom option in the general page, but none of them create the behavior of the 'zoom area '. What Miss me?

    Thank you!

  • Firefox changed view, zoom in on Web sites

My Firefox on a laptop HP windows 7 updated today (25 June) and the adjusted zoom, change the font size, but also icons and a zoom in on Web sites. I noticed in the list of changes to the program that it says "made improved on high-resolution screens" that is the problem and is anyway I can disable this? I was very happy with the resolution before and see this sticky and boring...

This message has been revised to include information about an add-on. A copy of the original post appears below the horizontal line.

Firefox now allows to adjust the zoom level of the page according to your settings in Windows, to better support high DPI displays. For example, if Windows is set to the font size of 125% (120 DPI), the content area will be enlarged by 25% compared to 21 of Firefox and earlier versions.

The straight to the earlier style display line is the approach of two steps:

Step 1: Install the extension of theme font & size changer . Why? Because disabling the scaling affects the area of chrome (menus, toolbars and tabs) as well as content.

After restarting Firefox, click on the new 'A' icon at the right end of the navigation bar and change the size of the police from Normal to 15.

Step 2: Change your global scaling in the topic: configuration preferences editor.

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the filter box, type or paste the pix and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click layout.css.devPixelsPerPx and change its value to 1.0 for Firefox 21 size of the fonts in the content area.

This should take effect immediately without another.

    Original message

Firefox is now trying to adjust the level of zoom depending on your Windows settings, and more to support more high DPI screens. It won't be to everyone's taste.

I still Fx21 on this computer so I can't test it myself, but could you check the following setting and try to fix it:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the filter box, type or paste the pix and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click layout.css.devPixelsPerPx and change its value from 1.0 to restore the appearance of the previous versions of Firefox for the small fonts or report higher for larger fonts. For example, 1.25 corresponds to the font size of 125% in the Windows display settings.

  • Need help to stop my Zoom to change when you use the integrated mouse

I would like to know if anyone has a solution to my zoom change randomly when I use the built-in mouse. Is it possible to block the zoom so it does not change.

Control the Touchpad settings in Control Panel.  My ASUS Netbook has a 'two fingers' feature that performs the zoom in things like IE and Word and it's pretty easy to operate inadvertently (another feature is two-finger scrolling, which I use frequently).  If your touchpad driver has such a feature, you may need off "awareness", it or turn it off.  Most modern/current notebook computer touchpad drivers have these characteristics, and many are turned on in different, often easy to do unintentionally, average.

  • Pinch to zoom to change Web-mode device pixels

Can pinch to zoom change the pixels of mode Web device by registering onPinchUpdated QML?  There are html text to the screen dynamically created locally in my application and I want the user to increase or decrease the CSS text to the custom size in the HTML file via a pinch to zoom.  At the present time a pinch to zoom zooms of the page if the installer, but then the text off the screen and you have to scroll back to read that's not what users want.

Setting through myWebViewId.settings.devicePixelRatio using the example image zoom docs does not work http://developer.blackberry.com/native/documentation/cascades/dev/touch/

  • Can I lock in a zoom level (e.g. Page View), so it won't change?

I wonder if there is a way to prevent Adobe Reader to change my zoom level.  I prefer to read with equal zoom level to move Page.  Each time I click a bookmark to jump to another page in the document, the zoom level changes to adjust the width (I think).  This is extremely annoying because I have to continue to change the view back to the Page to adjust.  In preferences, I put the zoom by default for the Page Fit, but who determines how it happens at the start.  When I click on a bookmark, it changes again.

I do not understand why the zoom changes when you click on a bookmark at all.  Why would I want the zoom to change about me?

FYI, I use reader XI (11.0.08).

    Thanks for any help/suggestions.

With the help of Acrobat (not the free Adobe Reader) you can set the expansion of the page (and many other things) for bookmarks, links, annotations of comment and more.
So using Acrobat (but not the free Adobe Reader) you can create bookmarks.

Need to know about Adobe Reader:

The free software Adobe Reader cannot create PDF.
The free software Adobe Reader cannot export the contents of a PDF page.
The free software Adobe Reader cannot manipulate the content of a PDF page or add/remove features like links, bookmarks, etc..

Acrobat help you will need to configure the properties of bookmarks to provide the magnification of desire page / page view.
Sometimes place a feature (bookmark, whatever) translates to a default setting that you may need to reconfigure back in the properties of the feature dialog box.

Remember, at its core, that adobe Reader is a "viewer".

  • How do I change Google to DuckDuckGo when you CTRL + K or CTRL + J? (I have already changed the about: config > keyword.url)

Hello. I have something I want to change the default behavior, but I can't do it.

Here's what I want to do: I want to change www.google.com to www.duckduckgo.com. However, when I do CTRL + J or CTRL + K he continues to send me on www.google.com.

Here's what I did: I found that the search bar is now useless. Indeed, the "awesome bar" is so awesome that I have basically need the bar more research. Thus, for a long time, I took it.

There is only an advantage. When the search bar disappeared, the shortcut which was to place the cursor on the search bar got another behavior. When I use CTRL + K (CTRL + J), the page would automatically change to www.google.com.

I liked this behavior, because at the time, I used google as my search engine.

But now I want to duckduckgo, I'm kind of embarrassed by it, especially since I cannot change this behavior. I have re-enabled the search bar and changed the search option above to DuckDuckGo, in hopes that will change behavior. He did not.

In addition, as DuckDuckGo has said, I changed on: config keyword.url and keyword.enable.

    But I still have the www.google.com when I press CTRL + K/J

I asked the question to my stream of Diaspora ( http://diasp.org ) and was able to get a solution in the day. Go figure. Before doing this, you will already have DuckDuckGo added to your list of search engine (in the drop box).

Here is the solution. With the permission of ilyse na' IMO kazar

in the subject location bar: config. You will need to confirm when you are advised that «this will void your warranty» You will see a bunch of preferences which, if you have never done this before, you never imagined exist under the hood of the FF.

In the filter bar type browser.search.defaultenginename. In the column 'Value', says Google. Double-click the word Google and a dialog appears allowing you to specify the default engine again. TypeRegeditdans DuckDuckGo exactly as it appears in the drop-down search engines available in your browser. On my Mac the magic string is "DuckDuckGo (SSL)" without the quotes.

About: config and check it, out worked for me!

  • Alt + Tab behavior

I use Alt + Tab to scroll through my open applications. I'm used to seeing a line (or more) of thumbnails.  The emphasis shifts whenever I press Tab and the system displays the full screen of the last selected application when I release ALT.

Recently changed behavior: as soon as the focus remains on a tile for more than one second, it shows the full screen of this request.  I can carry the bike through the applications, but now I see the full screens instead of the thumbnails.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on a laptop Acer TravelMate.

I always thought that what you describe is the default behavior in Windows 7, but you might get what you want by using the alternative

    WinLogoKey + Tab

This remains as a set of small images no matter how long live you on them.

  • Smooth Zoom in

I am trying to create a smooth fast zoom in a shot of video over a period of about 20 images. I zoom works well with movement etc. keyframes but because was a locked-off shot the final effect "staccato" executives at bottom.

Any suggestions, I tried adding a little zoom blur, but it seems just wrong.

    A.

    Alan,

If I understand what you find unacceptable, and what you want to do, I suggest you change the Interpolation between your Keyfrmaes. You have a Pan and zoom, and you can set keyframes for these effects of movement, scaling (Zoom) and the Position (Pan).

With the Clip selected, go to the display of the keyframe of the two effects (of course, one at a time) and set the display of the keyframe to, say scale (Zoom) initially, to display the keyframes. You can zoom the Timeline for vercial display on-screen and also stretch the video track horizontally, click + dragging the tie bar in the header of the track of the video. This will allow you to see clearly the movement > scale Keyframes. Now, Rt-click on the first keyframe, and choose deceleration. Use the next/previous buttons in the Panel effects, or if you can clearly see and click on the next keyframe, Rt-click on it and choose the ease in. According to accurate keyframes, you want to repeat this step. I couldn't tell if you have used keyframes to "hold" a Motion > scale of adjustment (except for the last), but if not, instead of Ease out/in, you can get more finesse with Bézier continues. Feel free to experiment with the various settings of Interpolation. I think you are linear, as it is, so the acceleration is linear and instant. A flavor of Bézier (Ease out/in is just a Bezier Tween Preset), to smooth things.

When done with Motion > scale (Zoom), change the display of the keyframes for the motion Clip > Position and repeat the process with the Interpolation method, who worked on it.

To see the result of your best, I had put the WAB (work area bar) to JUST Clip, which often make. The WAB will limit renders it exactly this element, as you set. When you work with animation of retouching, I could make 100 times, until I get what I want - of course, by that I mean I could make 100 adjustments, made after each of them, to see clearly how to look my changes.

Good luck and let us know if a taste of Bézier, replacing the linear Interpolation, allows to obtain the desired effect.

    Hello

How can I change a name on jdeveloper 10.1.3.2 jndi Datasource?

I Don t like it ending 'DS '.

is this possible? I have can´t do

    Thanks for your time

    user,

There are a few things to consider:

    (1) click on the "Data Sources" item in preferences (not one of the children) tree - you can see options to automatically update the data source elements. Change behavior if you disable these?

    (2) If you have a workspace selected when you call the OC4J Embedded Preferences dialog box, you will notice that there is Global times and the specific settings of the workspace; You probably want one of the specific workspace.

  • Problem IE padding/margins

    Hi guys,.

Recently I create a Web site with a photo gallery of bearings disjointed to the swap image behavior attached to them and the legends that are absolutely positioned and enabled with show/hide behaviors.

I've seen the div that all of this is contained in a 20px padding and then given the div containing the image of the target that replaces a 10px margin-bottom so that there is room for captions to show.

This works fine in Firefox on Mac and PC, but when I tested it on Internet Explorer on a PC, low-margin seems to disappear from the div and the captions appear too low and in the wrong place.

Anyone know why this is and what I can do about it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Oli

    In another thread, you said-

"For some reason any it displays strangely in Internet Explorer, even if she".
    works
fine in Firefox and Safari and when I asked why, a Member here well
    said
I shouldn't use Divs PA because they will always remain in the exact same
Place so if the viewer increases the police or something, everything else will be
move and this could be the problem. »

In my response, I told you why "it displays strangely in Internet Explorer" in
    This paragraph-

    > This approach is never going to work. Why? Because div #gallery_text
    > expand vertically as the text is resized in the browser, pushing
    > div #gallery_main down or dropping upward. This will
    > make the space between the #gallery_main div and caption absolutely
    > positioned containers (which are positioned absolutely and will not move)
    > variable.

Do you not understand that? What happens is that the content of your text
above the enlarged image will change 'form' in different browser settings
(display text larger or smaller). When he changes shape, this block of text
Gets the bigger or shorter. As he flexes vertically like that, it grows
the image zoomed down, or he will shoot to the top of the page. Given that the absolutely
Legends placed ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS MOVEMENT, they remain exactly
where you place them and therefore are swallowed by the enlarged image
When increases the text size, or are left high-and-dry with a large gap above
When it contracts. That's why I say it will never work.

(To make it work, you must get rid of a) the absolute positioning and b)
show/hide behavior. Each caption would be in a stacked static div
vertically on the page. Each of them would have a CSS rule applied that
defines "display: none". Indeed it removed from the page, it is not
just HIDE them the same way as the style of visibility. Now - your thumbs
must have a property Change behavior applied to them to change the
style. Display setting for the associated static div related neither to block, and
for the rest the legend of divs to block votes to zero. Bingo - your div
appears on the page, but none of the others don't.

See if you can try this - it will work.
