  I get the following error when you try to run an application in the workspace.

  I created this guide for Horizon Application Manager 1.5. It's basically all the same, with the exception of the Horizon Workspace 1.0 replace the Service-goes with the bridge - goes to the place.

• Error of the workspace

  When I connect to the workspace, I get the error "status: 404 - not found". Looks like some sort of related police.

  I was wondering if someone went through the same error.

• The button "open in Smartview" error in the workspace for a user

  One of our users is facing a problem while trying to open the data forms in Smartview via the workspace by using the option "open in Smartview. When you click on it it gives the following error: "the address is not valid."

  FYI - just to make sure I tried the same thing on another system with a different user name, and it seems to work correctly for the user and the system.

  It looks like an option or setting is not right or was messed up. Can you get it someone please let me know what setting/option could be the cause of this error and how to fix it.

  You can connect to My Oracle Support Site and search for document id in the knowledge base search box. BTW, here's what you can do:

  1. uninstall Smart View
  2. Select START-> RUN
  3. type regedit
  4. go to HKEY_LOCAL_USERS\\software\HyperionSolutions\SmartView
  5 remove the Smart View key.
  6. close regedit.
  7 install Smart View

  Also, did you use are secure https protocol? In the options of IE, try to activate "Display mixed content" and see if that helps.

  Among the Internet Explorer settings have been updated (Internet Options - Security - "Enable Protected Mode" has been disabled) and also some JAVA related stuff installed on the system to solve this problem. The user is now able to open the dataform in SmartView via the workspace.

• Calculation Manager is not available from the workspace

  We have recently installed Hyperion Planning v 11.1.1.1.0 to a customer. The installation consisted of EPMA. Everything works fine (app created, responsible for dimensions, forms of work, etc.) with one exception. We cannot step Manager appears as an option in the menu under "Administer" in the workspace. We installed the calculation Manager Finally, after that everything was in place. We have configured in the EMP system configurator. The calculation Manager service is running and everything seems to work in EPMA. I use the user ID is a shared services administrator with administrator rights Manager calculation.
  
  I have to do something stupid, but unfortunately the calculation Manager is new to me. We tried to restart all services.

  You redeploy workspace and re-configuration of the web server after the installation of the Calc Manager?

  Just like all the other components workspace does not recognize if it was installed after the deploy/web server config workspace - poor design in my mind.

• Service Control Manager 7026 of error during the connection.

  I'm running win7 professional.  The following message comes from event viewer.

  When I search on the internet, none of these are at all, and even less as drivers.  However, I am looking for the regestry system and both are listed in HKEY_Local_Machine\System\ControlSet001\ENUM\Root\Legacy_ovanvq (and Legacy_qhpbvs).  There are about 80 other (supposed Legacy drivers in this same place)

  For some reason any only these two "no drivers" are the only ones to appear in the log whenever the system is booted.  I've been debating just to remove those two from the registry, but would not take the risk of making the wrong move.

  I need advice because something must be introduce to the charge of attempt to these two phony drivers.

  I recommend that you run Disk Cleanup or cCleaner to remove temporary files as this will reduce the time to scan security software.

  Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for individuals only), updated definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.

• Error of the workspace when configuring ThinApp

  I get an error when you configure the network share for ThinApp for Horizon Workspace (2.0). The error is: "packaged applications configuration error: RepoUpdateRegistry() failed with the error: ERROR_GEN_FAILURE.

  I deleted the connector from the field and added it and I checked that there is full access to all users on this share. I added to the view of the Horizon without any problem.

  In addition, something weird is if I select 'Save' once again after receiving this error, it is said that the registration was successful, but not synchronize all application files.

  Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

  

  Ravi, stressed me VMware KB: activation for Horizon a virtual VMware ThinApp application previously packed without restoring links , in which I have advanced and recreated packages ThinApp making sure to select the option "manage with the Horizon. And BINGO, it worked.

  Manager of calc configured and deployed but not displayed in idée. Something I'm missing here.

  I managed to installed Portal 2.1 with load balancing and access to outside and inside, everything works as expected. In my environment, there are two nodes in full mode and the other with the mode 'connector only. In the health care system, on the single node connector I have message: Application Manager - integrated components: error recover the status of the component. I think it's fair. Connector do not work in the application manager, why this message?

  How this camera only mode connector has been installed? Clone you an existing instance? or you have not deployed a new machine virtual dice EGGS and chose this role?

• Unable to manage planning datasources in the workspace

  I have a problem of planning datasources in the workspace management. When I open the workspace and go to administer / manage Datasources planning, I get an error "could not retrieve data source information.
  
  If I ignore this and just try to create a new data source (e.g. file / new / Datasource), I get an error IE "error on Page".
  
  Any ideas?

  If you go directly to planning it is exactly the same as access via the workspace, workspace is just a redirect to the same page.

  It's the same that go through the workspace > manage > classic Application Administration > Planning Administration.

  I hope someone in this forum can help me with this.
  
  I built a profitability management application and costs in the workspace. I have validated and deployed it sucessuflly. But when I try to open the app, I am not able to see profitability in the Menu or Navigate menu open in the workspace.
  
  Can someone tell what could be the cause for this?
  
  Some information:
  
  I have deployed an application with the "default application group" with "again and cost management.
  
  I created the Group application separately Profitabiilty and costs in Services management shared.

• Help understand the workspace configuration error

  I get the following error when trying to set up a new workspace (Apex 3.2.1/10g) using an existing schema:
  
  ORA-20001: error ORA-24344 30: success with compilation error
  APX8668250WS commissioning error.
  
  The workspace was not created. Nothing useful that I could find in the alerts log or logs of Apache. Not sure where else to look... all APEX objects in the database appear to be valid. Any thoughts?

• Add VDSwitchPhysicalNetworkAdapter error - 'vmnic must be managed by the same server VC.

  I used PowerCli 6.0 R3 on vSphere 6.0 Update 1 b.  I have only a single virtual machine, my VM vCenter which is a Windows Server 2012.  I have also 2 Dell ESXi servers.

  I have created a virtual Distributed Switch (vDS), 3 groups of ports vd and have added the first 2 VMHosts service VDS using PowerCli.

  My problem occurs when I try to add my vmnic host that need the VDS (10 GB NIC).  I get the following error:

  The PhysicalNicImpl - "vmnic6" must be managed by the same VC server that you use to call this operation.

  A code snippet is attached.  I appreciate any suggestions on what may cause this error.  You feel something in my environment.

  In my script that I was connected to 2 my vCenter server and ESXi hosts and I never specified the vCenter server in cmdlets for a list of the network adapters.  So instead for expansion via vCenter cards, I received the ESXi host and this is why the Add-VDSwitchPhysicalNetworkAdapter complained.

  Once, I started from vCenter in as the parameter server, everything started to click.

  Difficulty:
