Character Animator

the puppet is not move at all when I move. None of the puppets respond

I run each double screen with a built-in webcam. When I load host character, I want to spend the webcams that I use with the program. Is it possible to do either OSX (Yosemite) or in the character animation software?Thank you!Matt
