0x1A7102DF fpsane.cpp - Labview crashes

Hello!

I'm trying to run a vi which includes a 'Open FPGA VI Référence' function. However, an error and it says that "not compiled FPGA VI. When I try to compile the FPGA VI a message saying "The VI is broken". I try to run the FPGA and when appears in the error list, there is no error or warning in the list, although the name on the fpga includes the Red 'X' ('show warnings' is checked).

After a while, I realized what the location problem. Joint there are a few files. The image shows a sequence structure, where if I delete the last column, the VI becomes "compilable" (the broken arrow disappears). However, when I try to compile, the system freezes completely and labview closes automatically. Error reports are also attached. No idea how solve the problem?

Thanks in advance

Pablo

Hi Pablo.

I see that you're talking about the subject in this thread as well: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Broken-FPGA-VI-but-error-list-empty/m-p/2742980/highlight/true#M8104...

If you attach your project files, I'll help you with troubleshooting, please download the whole project.

In the meantime, I can recommend some tips n tricks on how to free up space on your screen by changing the structure of the sequence. Use a shift register to increment the value of the address.

Sporadicaly I get error about line 367 fpsane.cpp.

Can someone explain me whence this error?

    Daniel Coelho

You have a number of tracks:

    • Your best bet is to return to an earlier version that did not experience the problem and start adding to this piece by piece. If the error comes up again you will have isolated the problem.
    • Remove the controls and/or indicators and create new ones. Do not do a "replace". You must remove them and create new ones, and associate the new.
    • Switch to the block diagram, select the entire block diagram and drag it in the schema of a new VI. Everything will be transferred to the wire. Save the new VI and work with it to see if the problem goes away.
    • Follow the steps described here.
    • Select 'Search now' LabVIEW starts so your timeline of failure may be submitted.

  • LabVIEW crashes when opening the project

    Hey guys,.

I'm running into an interesting issue where LabVIEW crashes when you open a project. This is the second time I encountered this problem on the same project. To get around it the first time, I simply deleted and remade my project, but since it happened again, I need to find a way to debug it. The symptom is that LabVIEW will crash at the opening of the project (sometimes I can see the screen "loading the vi") with no indication that the accident occurred. It does not even launch the reporter of the error, the process just dies. Anyone know how I can go about debugging it?

    xkenneth86,

What version of LabVIEW? Have you had previous versions of LabVIEW on your computer? You can attach a screenshot of the accident?

  • Using the table as a MATLAB script for entry into a Subvi - labview crashes

    Hello

I have problems in creating a Subvi, which includes a matlab file that has a table as input.

I created a VI, who runs a simple matlab script, with a table as an input and a table as output. It worked well, until I assigned the terminals in order to to use as a Subvi.

After that the terminals have been assigned, labview crashes instantly when you run the file.

I also created a VI to test the Subvi, but I couldn't make it work at all, labview always crashed...

Does anyone know a solution to my problem? They only thing I can think is to not use it as a Subvi, but then my master file will get huge as all the matlab code would be in there...

attached are two files, so that you can better understand my problem. (test_... is the main file)

any help will be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I'm using labview in 2013 with windows 7 and matlab 2014

    Hey, Jarno,.

This is indeed a bug, unfortunately. Currently followed by using identification number of the 446431 cause. The question arise when moving from an array of doubles in the Script node. The only 'solution' at the present time is to use an array of singles instead. We are currently looking to identify a fix.

    Let's try another way.

Go to the block diagram of your code and select all.  Copy.

Go to diagram a new VI and paste.  Except that VI.  See if it opens fine in the old version.  Then see if it opens fine in LV 2010.

    Hello

I'm not sure as to why using the partition of RT was to break LabVIEW in windows, unless you run a code that made changes to the dependent LV of the files on the other partition. You accessed partition C by the OTR?

You mentioned you tried a repair, have you tried a complete reinstall of LabVIEW in windows?

I suggest that you have done a complete reinstallation of any software of NOR. I have attached the instructions and a copy of "msiBlast" you can do a nice clean reinstall.

Let me know how you get it, or if you have already tried to uninstall/reinstall.

  • can not find size_t during import a dll and calling a labview crash function

    Hello, experts

I need to use FingerLakeInstrument DLL (see attachment) within Labview for talking to a CCD camera. It is built from microsoft visual studio C++

I unzip FLI dll in my D:\proj\...\linfli-32 and import the dll from there. created a c:\FLIDBG.txt FLI dll must write the debug message on it if are called the FLISetDebugLevel() or others.

During the import of the dll, the first thing I got is (IE size_t) could not be found. I installed the free version of microsoft visual studio C++

    but can not find 'typedef unsigned int size_t;

in the end, I just added

    typedef unsigned int size_t;

in the libfli.h. Having done this, I am able to import all the functions in Labview and have a library of user called libfli.

However, as soon as I start to call a simple function in a test.vi, as FLIGetLibVersion (char * worm, size_t len), which consists of nothing else the library, the labview crash.

I created a simple C test.exe who calls a lot of functions with no problems

    any suggstion?

    concerning

    Xiaofeng

You don't have not shown us how the LabVIEW code looks like. The size_t setting refers to the length of the buffer, in that you spend. In this case you pass a string. So, presumably, you created a buffer zone in LabVIEW to a string of sufficient size, and set the parameter "len" to the length of this string. You also have to make sure you use the correct calling convention?

  • LabVIEW crash when recording

    Hi Forum

When you try to save an attachment in 8.6 (the file is created in 7.1) LabVIEW crashes with an error from Windows saying that the system has encountered a problem and needs to close.

All the SubVIs register without problems and I do not see that should cause this specific VI to cause trouble.

I searched the forum and tried various things mentioned in other threads on this problem, but none of them seem to help on my VI.

I hope someone has a good suggestion as to what I can do.

    B.R.

The problem seems to be with the typedefs. Specifically, it seems that it is the ring of text. Disconnect the typedefs of 7.1 and allows him to be opened in a newer version. Joined 8.2

  • LabVIEW crash when calling matlab script?

My version of labview 8.6, Matlab is 7.1. In the beginning, I always get error 1047 when calling matlabscript, then I downloaded recommended matscript.dll (7.1.0.2) and replace the original one (8,6) with this one. 1047 error does not happen. And the matlabscript code can be executed. However the labview crashes after that Matlab is called.

In fact my matlab file works well. At the end of the matlab code, data must be included on the photo. And it is. But after the image is shown, my labview breaks down, and when I reload the labview, it only invites me 'the last time you run labview, it is not stopped normally. The following files are automatically saved and are available for recovery.

I used same monitor recommended treatment. But I can't find any reason. I've removed the scriptnode output, it does the same thing.

anyone has a suggestion. I really appreciate your help.

    Jessie

I would say the matscript DLL that you copied on the removal and run a repair on the LabVIEW installation to see if that replaces the missing files.

  • The last time that you have run LabVIEW, an error internal or the accident occurred in fpsane.cpp, line 444. WHY?

I get this error everytime I open 10 LabVIEW. Everything seems to work fine whenever I use it, but for some reason, LabVIEW not close properly and linger in the background. I still see the icon in the task bar and I would sometimes close with the the Task Manager for re - use LabVIEW. There, someone knows how to fix this?

    Thanks Hinz,

I think I was able to solve this problem myself using "LVdebugKeys". I managed to isolate the offending using debugging VI and it came out that an old "write Test data to file vi." work well with LV2010. I replaced this vi and it gives me is no longer the mistake.

    Thank you for your help.

  • LabVIEW crashes after the call to the DLL

    Hi all

I'm working on writing a wrapper for a dll. The call to the dll works fine a returns the appropriate values, but as soon as I close the VI dev LabVIEW environment crashes. Any help to avoid the same. I've been through a lot of posts and I tried varying the types of data sent to the dll, but again it gets crashed.

the dll function that I use is the prototype (with the calling convention of type C)

int nomfonction (Struct * cfg, UCHAR dNumber, UCHAR hTYPE)

The varables UCHAR I'm passing as of 8-bit unsigned integers.

For the structure, I did a cluster and pass with adapted to the Type and handles.

The DLL is running very well and the VI stops, too, but as soon as I try to close the dev environment VI crashes. Help, please.

    Thank you.

It is always possible that there is a bug in your DLL, or you're a failure calling a function in the DLL that is required in order to properly clean. The problem is perhaps not the way you have set up the call library function node.

If you post: your VI; the header file that defines the structure of the cfg and the function prototype; and all the documentation on the function, so we can tell you if it is properly configured. Without this information there is little we can do.
