10.2 IOS since the installation of iOS 10 Mail no sound nor give any notification.

I use an iPhone 6s more and now have to check the Mail app to see if there are emails and at this time there, once they were loaded in, appears a badge and my notification sound is played.  I checked the many settings, made a full reset; all to nothing does not.  Apple support was also at a loss.  Any help would be appreciated

Hello smeetshim,
Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

If I understand your message that you do not receive notifications or alerts for new emails until you open the messaging application and the new emails are loaded. I know how it is important for you to be able to be notified in time without having to open the application itself anytime. The following steps will help to ensure that everything is configured correctly for you to receive your e-mail notifications:

1. tap on settings > mail > accounts.
2. type the new data.
3. is that sure Push is enabled.
4. tap on your account email address and make sure that Fetch is selected.
5. tap on the new data in the upper left corner.
6. scroll down and make sure that Fetch is set to every 15 Minutes, every 30 Minutes or every hour.
7. tap Mail in the upper left corner.
8. press on upper-left settings.
9. scroll up and click on Notifications.
10. scroll down and press Messaging.
11. be sure that allow Notifications is turned on.
12. press on your email account and choose the options you want: Show in the Notification Center, sounds, Badge App icon, displayed on the lock screen, alerting Style When unlocked, and if you want to display previews on.

Best regards.
