  2) go to the calendar folder

  (3) delete all files that say "cache" (replace the your desktop in the case where you want to move them at least)

  (4) always in the user library folder, go to the Preferences folder

  (5) delete the com.apple.calendar.plist (on the desktop again)

  (6) restart your computer

  Change the settings for scanning as follows and then search for any changes:
  1 open the HP utility and select your device.
  2. based on Scan Settings open the "Scan to Computer".
  3. click on the tab "scan tasks.
  4. Select the shortcut Scan allows to analyze, and then click on edit.
  5. in the section of scanning from an HP device click the blue triangle or view details to expand the menu.
  6. in the expanded menu now, open the drop down next to cultures in and set as none.
  7. click OK and try to scan the image.

• Remember the last folder location lost with Mac Lion updates

  Since the Lion or Mountain Lion, we had an annoying problem where the last folder location is not known in Illustrator. For example what update of links on several files, here for the location of the folder back to the last, was used, but that would be at certain levels of file 3 superior.

I tried to solve it through Googling each solution, then just by buying a license for Lion, as my mac was used. Now I need to install this license Internet Recovery mode, considering that my Mac is unusable without the BONES. Suggestions or answers?

  First of all, you must erase the drive, then install Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Download the setup of Lion from the App Store and the Lion update to use it.

  It would be useful that you tell us exactly which model you have: find the model identifier open system information in the Utilities folder. It is displayed in the Panel on the right. If you received the original software that came with the computer restore disks, then we need to know what version of Mac OS X, they install. If it's a version of Snow Leopard, then you can start installing it on the computer.

  Download Lion on the App Store Setup in order to upgrade.

  I saw this happen when the Page layout on FireFox browser has been set to 80% (or probably anything less than 100%). Make sure that the setting and change it to 100% and try printing again.

  I am very frustrated with this issue, I'll have. Here are the bullets:

  • Running Mac 10.7.5 (Lion).  Printer is connected to this computer through the USB port.
  • Has started to receive messages on my all-in-one HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 909 a scanning would work not and check the documentation for the aid.
  • While looking online and through some troubleshooting, I deleted my print printer to attempt to reinstall fees.

  The main problem I encounter is that I can't seem to re - install this printer no matter what I try.  Here's what I tried...

  • Tried to launch the HP (ver 2.3.15) CONFIGURATION UTILITY and DEVICE MANAGER HP (1.5.8) that was installed on this machine for the printer.  When going through the Setup utility, my device is not seen, so it is considered for a screen and then I invited me with a message that says that my device is not supported by the installer and I had to go to hp.com/support for more help.
  • When I go through SYS PREF > PRINT & FAX and try to click on the '+' to add a PRINTER, the printer never shows in the choice of 'default' as being same / connected.
  • When I go to find help on the support site, the indications only can I find tell me I should use for the Lion, update the Apple software to download the latest update (which I'm sure has already downloaded on this machine in the past).  Tried to restart my Mac, reboot and disconnect all the wires between the printer and Mac, to see if it would work the update of software this printer is connected.
  • I scoured the HP website to try to find the "utility installation hp for lion" install file, but it doesn't seem to be available as a manual download - each direction pointing right back on software updater.

  It is where I am at-I feel like I'm stuck in this small black hole where I can't use the HP Installer on this machine b/c it is too old and I can't download something 'new' of Apple Software Updater.  I did go to the Apple website and download the drivers for Mac OS x Mountain Lion & Lion. I have installed for this machine, restart and still nothing that shows this as a connected USB printer.

  Follow the steps below

  1. check that your USB cable is good using a new

  2 open the system preferences and then right-click in the white area open. Select the Reset printing system

  Note: If you have installed other printers this will remove all printers in the print queue.

  3. open utility disk, then on your hard drive. Click on repair disk permissions

  4. connect the USB cable to a Mac and then select now, when it asks you to install the printer

  5. click on the apple icon Mac in the upper left corner and then run software update to reinstall the printer using the ASU.

  Let me know if you get the printer installed successfully?

  I'm on Lion 10.7.3 and have a Laserjet 1536DNF MFP. I can no longer print duplex even if I select a double bond and long edge on the layout. I don't know when it started - maybe after the last update. As far as I KNOW, I have the latest drivers from Apple. All solutions?

  I checked this and the PPD file seems correct. At first, I thought it was the result of the 10.7.3 lion update, but now I don't know because I tried printing with my old laptop MacBookPro on Snow Leopard. Maybe the Lion update screwed a few settings in the printer? Thanks for your help.
