• PDFMaker COM Addin keeps disabling Word in 2013

  Having a very strange problem that I can't solve. The problem is that for a user, as part of their windows, the word 2013 user account constantly turns off the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin Add-In. It worked fine for months and just started failing apparently unannounced. If you are going to manage the COM add-ins you can click on the box and it will work and bring back the option Save As PDF etc, but the next time you open Word it will be disabled again. It works fine under the local Admin account.

  I tried all of the following conditions:

  1. uninstall / reinstall Acrobat Pro 11.0.0 and 11.0.14 update (for some reason, I get an error when trying to install the updates 11.0.15, 16 or 17 on the computers here but 14 seems to work in all areas)

  2 repair Office 2013

  3 regserv32 on the PDFMOfficeAddin.dll file (which is successful)

  4 registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Word\Addins\PDFMaker.OfficeAddin\LoadBehavior is set to 3

  5 check disabled add-ins in Word, nothing is disabled

  6. uninstall / reinstall Acrobat Pro again, reboot after uninstallation and reboot after installation

  Any other ideas? Currently I have the user just print to PDF that works, but I want to understand wtf is going on here. The only other thing I can think is that broke a Windows Update, but the same updates went to 200 + other computers here and no one else has reported this problem.

  I did an import of PowerPoint and chose the high fidelity, but it is always also bring the slide as a single object, so I can't manipulate objects on the screen. I thought that each form would incorporate as a smart form that I could handle individually. Is there a way to get there?

  Indeed, nothing has changed on the import, you are not individual objects. High-fidelity means that animations etc will play with more precision. Captivate is not a PPT-plug-in as many users seem to think so. Ago real autour plugins if you think that a TPP can make a good e-Learning course (you think that I am not convinced that a presentation tool is a tool of e-Learning, sorry for that).

  This has to do with Windows services and relay information.  Sending a print job is a one-way action.  Digitization is two-way as the image should go back to your computer.

  That's what I did...

  1. type services.msc in run or search and files program

  2. scroll the page up to the WIA Windows Image Acquisition

  3. make sure that the service is running. Click on stop and then restart to ensure

  4 restart the computer

  Restart the services of dependencies:

  1. type services.msc in run or search and files program.

  2. scroll down until you see Windows Image Acquisition (WIA).

  3. double click on it and go to the Dependencies tab.

  4-2 services must be listed.

  5. close this window and look for the remote procedure call (RPC).

  6. make sure it's on manual or if it is enabled automatically, just leave it. Make sure the service is started.

  7. go to hardware detection kernel and Double click.

  8. set the Startup Type to manual and click on apply.

  9. you should be able to start the service by pressing Start.

  10 now, you are done and the Twain Manager must work and gives you is not a mistake.

  Check the dependencies or sous-dependances:

  Under the CPP, he will then list DCOM Service Process Launcher and point final RPC Mapper date back to the start all items listed as dependencies or dependencies under list void main services.msc and do a right click and then WIA.

  I have two systems of windows 8. One is windows 8 and the other is windows 8.1. Both are in older computers that had nine drives installed and a new copy of windows installed on each. They have not been upgraded to windows 7, but they have windows 8 is installed directly on them.

  Both suffer from the same problem that Windows continually disables itself and then it will activate itself.

  Did have any registry editors on them. They are two computers in domain related to a 2008SBS with 20 other domain controller (all windows 7) which are all works well.

  They AVG edition company with nothing but the antivirus remotely connect the installed components (same thing with all other systems). Systems are behind a cisco firewall and the windows firewall. They are perfectly up-to-date.

  They were both installed using OEM licenses.

  None of them have ever android devices connected to them (I've seen similar posts on those causing problems). I ran sfc and dism on both. On one, he claims that he found nothing wrong, and on the other hand he find stuff wrong and said he fixed it, but both are always disable themselves.

• Partnership in Sync Center keeps disabling itself

  I use Windows 7 on a new laptop Sync Center to sync all folders on my Office Server while when I remove the laptop, I have an offline copy of all that is on the server.  While the laptop is in the office and connected to the network, it seems to sync Fortunately enough when I ask him to synchronize periodically. However, after the weekend when he was away from the Office for 2-3 days, we have problems, make him see the existing sync partnership.  I have to go in manage offline files and enable offline files and then restart the laptop.  Second the synchronization starts existing partnership appears again (after a few moments) and then begins to synchronize.  It is REALLY annoying because we weren't all these issues when we sync under Windows XP.  Can someone shed light on this / help in any way?

• No video on the second monitor (DLP projector) in PowerPoint 2003 presentation mode.

• Can't get 9 presenter trial opens in PowerPoint

  Went to the road of the Options and add-ins in PowerPoint, but the presenter is nowhere. It seems to be installed because I can run presenter Video Creator 9. Host 8 has worked well in PowerPoint and I uninstalled before the installation of 9. Component service snap in PowerPoint cannot find.

  Make sure that you have installed the 32-bit presenter if you have 32-bit Powerpoint. If you would be installed 64-bit to 32-bit Office presenter then you would land up in this situation.

Also, I want a fix for hardware acceleration, causing such behaviour, although it seems more difficult.

  ClearType and font smoothing are both on the channel. Disabling one of them makes the fonts still worse.

  Wear gloves?  There are special to work in cold... gloves then use special gloves.

• Turn off touchpad Synaptics pointing device disabler

  I have a Windows7 64 bit HP Pavilion g6-1207sa (product # A3Y69EA #ABU) that has the touchpad from Synaptics pointing device.
  Apart from hitting the touchpad maybe incorrectly (? I don't remember exact model), the touchpad is disabled [diagonal red line in Silver box]. The only method to re-enable the touchpad is to run the mouse program; then using the ctrl + tab keys to get on the synaptics pointing device settings tab and Enable.
  Is there a way to turn off this disabling so no matter what/how I treat the touchpad, it will always stay enabled?

  Hello lalithjoseph.  I understand that your touchpad keeps disabling.

  You should have a small LED light or a rectangle in the upper left corner of your keyboard.  If you double quickly, tap this box, you can enable/disable the touchpad.  This would avoid having to navigate the menus without the mouse.

  I don't know of any method to turn off the option to disable the touchpad.

  According to me, making sure that the BIOS and the touchpad drivers are up-to-date is good solutions to try.

  "There is not enough memory available to read the worksheet.  I started to have this error after I updated to Office 2003 to 2007.  I have a powerpoint slide that I put every week and when I double click on the content I want to change, the following error message is displayed.  It is also coming up and saying there is a problem and I want to repair, I have click on Yes.   I am trying to disable theelement in Blackberry devices. I have seen that disabled property is supported in the devices that has device OS 4.6 or higher.

  This is a known issue and has already been reported to our internal development team.  It should be fixed in a later version of the pocket computer software.
