104mxi folder, a transfer of PC-LeCroy to Lecroy HDD using GPIB

The difficulty to send files to the 104mxi-a lecroy.  There is a file.vi of transfer which takes a file of the scope and saves it on the PC.  I want to reverse that and send a file from the PC to HDD scope. LeCroy has a manual which mentions the TRFL command that should do it, but I think that my syntax is incorrect.

TRFL DISK, disk, FILE,'' string goes to the vi LCWAVE write out an error.

Here is the link to the manual of Lecroy:

Hello

Try the attached vi.

You need to replace the LCWAVE write.vi with vi of your driver if it is not already. (depends on which driver you are using, the .llb or the .lvproj).

If you are having trouble, feel free to contact me at 1-800-5LeCroy, post 6088 (08:00-17:00 Pacific time) and I'm happy to help you!

See you soon,.

Transfer files, etc. from XP to windows7 using EZ transfer cable or need to use a USB Flash drive?

    Hi easyeddy,

    1. are you referring to Windows Easy Transfer?

If you're referring to Windows Easy Transfer, Windows Easy Transfer for Windows XP supports the following operating systems:
1 Windows XP SP2 to Windows Vista.
    2. Windows Vista to Windows Vista.

In your case, you cannot use Windows easy transfer to transfer files from XP to Windows 7 because it does not support. You should consider using a USB FlashDrive to transfer/move your files from Windows XP to Windows 7.

For more information, see the following articles.
1 see Windows Easy Transfer for Windows XP

  • I can't find the music on my macbook folder to transfer my iTunes media folder in

I am trying to transfer my iTunes media folder in iTunes, but I can't find the music folder

Choose home in the Finder Go menu, double-click the element of music and drag the iTunes folder there.

If you have only the iTunes Media folder instead of the iTunes folder, do not consider the above step, start iTunes normally and drag the iTunes Media folder in the application window open iTunes.

  • Directory/folder operations - transfer of files based on a list

    Hi all!

I have a dilemma: I have a folder of files, there are about 1000 .pdf files in the folder. I need to transfer those who are related to me in a different folder (about 250 of them) and I don't have a list of the files that I need. But it's a tedious process if I did it manually.

What would be the best way to manage it?

    Thanking you in advance.

Hmmmm...   Always something...    This is because the "copy" command copies only the files, not folders.

The best way to handle this at this point is to put all of the directories that you want to copy to a separate 'list' of the file directory... call it "listD.txt".  You can then enter the following command to copy the directory/files:

    for /f "delims =" %i in (listD.txt) robocopy /e "%i", "C:\path1\endpath\%i".

Yet another approach that would not create another 'list directory' must go back and to 'change' instead of the 'copy' in an empty directory.  A "move" operation will move directories and files.  After the move, you can open the destination directory, select all (Ctrl-A) and hold down the 'CTRL' key while you drag it to the original source directory.  This copierait them all back to the source, leaving you a new directory with a copy of what you wanted.

  • Sharing folder file transfer between accounts

I used Migration Assistant to copy files between an old Machine to Windows Vista and a new iMac running El Capitan.  I had to create a new temporary account on the iMac to receive files.

I try to use the Shared folder to move the files to the main account iMac that has administrator privileges.

Once logged into the temporary account, I can copy the files in the Shared folder.

When I go on the account of the first iMac, the copied files are marked with red '-' sign indicating that I don't have the privileges to access.

I thought it was the accepted method for copying files between accounts but need ideas on how to overcome this barrier.

Files in the ~/Public are visible to all users on the Mac. But only this user can modify or delete the files.

If you want to copy the files directly to the real user-> connected on the temporary account, copy the files into/Users/realUserName/Public/Drop box.

  • Why the empty folder reappears on the desktop in XP when I use the Save as command

I'm under XP_SP3 with Firefox 8.0.1. I had an empty folder on my desktop called "D E M O" I used to use for downloads. I moved to another HD on my system and removed from the desktop computer.
Now, any moment I DL EVERYTHING type of file with Firefox, the folder reappears on the desktop as soon as I hit him file, save as. I tested this out with IE6. IE6 does not re-create the folder.

This might be a stupid answer, but did you really tell firefox to download to a different location?

Personally I always Firefox ask me where to download files.

  • transfer files from PC to iphone without using itunes

I am sure that I haven't posted in the correct community, but none of the listed people seem relevant, Yes, sorry, home sharing, you get it!

I use Win 10 and don't have itunes installed on my PC.

I must have done this transfer of binary files in the past because there is an old copy of the file and its support of the app., on my iphone 6. Now, I need to update this binary file. However following the generic instructions from Apple (and many others as a result of a Google search) is meaningless to me. The steps are:

    1. Connect your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad to your computer and select your device.

    Select my device? How? Where?

    1. Click on Apps

There is nothing I can see on my PC called 'apps' - anywhere

    1. Under file share, select an application from the list and click Add.

    Huh?

In other words, the instructions are completely useless. How does this simple transfer?.

    Hey XEyedBear,

I see that you have a question to get a file from your computer to your iOS device. The instructions that you ask the subject are specifically to transfer a file in an application in iTunes and come from this article:

On the sharing of files on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch - Apple Support

    https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT201301

If you want to bypass iTunes for this procedure, you will need to see the information provided by your chosen application developer to get further instructions. Thanks for being a part of the communities of Apple Support!

  • How to transfer computer DCR TRV350 window 7-64, using ilink

Can someone explain in easy to understand how I can transfer my video from my DCR TRV350 Cam Hi8 tapes to my computer using the ilink connection.

My PC is family premium Windows 7 64-bit processor - 3770-i7 - 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM... Everything I have on the PC's USB ports that tells me if I never get to work the picture is terrible quality and I should get ilink installed on my PC. My source but could not give me a lot of info and did not know if it still works. Pleasssse, anyone know how I can transfer my Hi8 video on my computer so I can burn a DVD disc that can be played on my T - V, or at least on my PC. TKS.

Thanks for the quick reply J. Now I have something to go. Another question: will I get a better video transfer with ieee 1394 v/s USB or both would be the same. TKS

    =================================
Sorry if this is confusing but importing video
    can be a complex topic.

I'm not positive on Hi-8, but log in
FireWire (IEEE 1394) (Sony i.LINK) (not USB)
in collaboration with Windows Live Movie Maker
and Windows Live Photo Gallery is perhaps your
    solution.

Come to think of it... Hi-8 is analog and
must be converted to digital. In my research...
your device is apparently Digital8 which is
Digital if the previous article may be your
    solution.

If it's analog, the following information may be useful:

    The following articles discuss passthrough
