  Looks like your screen goes gray and then shuts down its own, and you must manually restart to get the wifi to work again. I save your device in iTunes, then restore it like new and verify that it works.

It will not automatically de-dup your library, but if you have the same song twice in the same album, the second song will probably have a status Icloud "duplicate". However, same song on different albums could be mapped or downloaded.

  Apple online store said that the lightning to SD card reader is compatible with iPad air wifi. Having just bought an and I connected it tells me that it is not compatible.  Air wifi iPad is on 8.4.1.  Is it me or I have the wrong item, or is there a 'procedure' I'm missing?  Any help would be appreciated.
