12 Firefox does not support 1password
Had to uninstall Firefox 12 and revert to a previous version because 1password program is not supported
Hello, it actually works the opposite--extensions of crochet in firefox need to adapt their compatibility. on the homepage of 1password, they offer this version of the extension that also seems to work with firefox 12 and upwards: https://agilebits.com/extensions/win/index.html (I tested just installs without problem, not functionality)

It is compatible with the Explorer, but I'd really prefer to work with Firefox, but I also really like this HP program. Thank you
It's HP to make it compatible with Firefox. As far as I KNOW, this add-on was not compatible with Firefox for a few years already, like maybe the version of Firefox 3.5. I used this add-on in 2006 and 2007 and gave up using because HP has always been very loose on update when a new version of Firefox has been released. As it took months of HP 9 update to a new version of Firefox and then 3 months later, a new version of Firefox was released and it stop working again.

When I try to drag a page to icloud file when it is opened in Firefox, I get the comment:
Firefox does not support the download documents saved as packages
Please use SafariWhat does that mean? What are packages?
Hi Royden1,
What is a page file and the template that you used to and what are you trying to use? Please research what the .pages file is compatible with, that means that Firefox does not support this file type. http://www.Macworld.com/article/20633.../how-to-work-with-iWorks-new-file-formats.html

How can I get FireFox to work on the first version of the Google ChromeBook? Everytime I open it it said to update or upgrade to FireFox and make it your main page. So I downloaded it and it's open once it is installed, but then a message appears that says "can't stand" search for an application that supports FireFox and its software, or something of the sort. I was sitting here with a full battery when I started and now it is dead... and I still don't have FireFox on my ChromeBook.
What do I do now or how do I get it to work? And if it just simply won't work on a CHromeBook then they need to have that riht out in the open.
Hello
I had a peek in this and was informed that Firefox does not work on Chrome OS.
It is designed and done a little differently from the likes of Windows and Linux and will not support another browser being installed.

I do online courses and web portal for school (UCF) does not support any higher than Firefox 3.6 version of firefox.
I'm getting thrown out of the gate at various times, and it's really making things difficult.
How to return to firefox 3.6 Firefox 4.01 in windows 7?
Install Firefox Portable 3.6.20 on your hard disk so that the website.
http://PortableApps.com/apps/Internet/firefox_portable/localization#legacy36This will not affect your current Firefox installation, that you need to update to Firefox 6.0 - being two versions behind more later you are missing a lot of important security fixes. 3.6.20 doe have all these fixes.

Why Firefox 4 does not support Norton Passcards?
Download Firefox 4 and find it does not support the State of Norton toolbar. This means that I can't use Norton Passcards so that he has always worked with the previous version. If I go back to version 3 cards working again? If this isn't the case, I'll have to uninstall Firefox and return to Internet Explorer.
Symantec made an update for their Add-ons to work in Firefox 4, but they only reported them as being compatible with Firefox 4.0, they need to update them to let their work in Firefox 4.0.1. IAM running FF4, my Bank does not support it. They say to use another browser. AMI don't know how to do this. I thought that you can use only one? What should I do to access sites that do not support Firefox 4
You can still install multiple browsers on your PC. Personally, I think it's essential in case one of the browsers does not work, you will have another one to use as a stand-by. You can download IE or Chrome. If you decide to use IE along with Firefox, you can use the IE View add-on that will allow you to open the Web site in Internet Explorer, without closing Firefox:

Confirming that vsphere 6 requires flash and does not support a customer to RHEL6/firefox?
Hello
My reading leads me to conclude that vsphere 6
1. always requires flash
2. can't access customer to RHEL6, either native one or through firefox
Is this right?
Thank you
Hi mips,
Yes, 'officially' the vSphere Web Client 6.0 does not support the RHEL6 and requires flash to operate. However the following may be of interest (even if it is for 5.5): KB VMware: cannot open the vSphere 5.5 Web Client in a browser on a Linux-based desktop

I use an old Mac 10.4.11 running tour. Firefox will not support this operating system after a while. Is not something I can install the new Mac OS (10.5) on this machine. There is some talk about installing Linux OS but takes me to the page Wikipedia of confusion.
So, do I need to spend the $$$ and buy a new Mac?Firefox 3.6.x is the last available from Mozilla for PPC Macs. TenFourFox is your option only upgrade, if you want to stay with a browser that is based on the code of Firefox.

Firefox does not load. I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security and everything was working fine until it wasn't. I then uninstalled Kaspersky, but Firefox still load.
Since I love Firefox I restored my computer to an earlier state and that fixed everything, then I installed another Kaspersky product and everything was perfect. Now the problem is back.
I don't know if the problem is on the side of Kaspersky or Firefox, but I would prefer not to restore again and I have no more troubleshooting ideas.
Firefox starts in safe mode of Windows.
When I double click on the Firefox icon the mouse indicates the load of the FF, but then, it does not start. Chrome starts very well.
Contacted Kaspersky, but their first troubleshooting tip didn't work.
Under Event Viewer, I can see the details of the accident for Firefox, but I can't read and I do not know if they are related to the FF does not.I'm agree with unintelligible Firefox and then put it back, but I don't want to lose my bookmarks, modules, themes, etc.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
You can start Firefox in its own Mode safe? Hold SHIFT and start Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode. You could at least make backups of Mode without failure. I heard wrong with anti-banner Kaspersky features, if you can try to disable browser protection components in Kaspersky to see if he can coexist with Firefox on your system or not.
If you need to back up things without starting Firefox, go to your profile folder http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox#Windowsand copy. It must contain everything down to your history of bookmark backups and extension settings.

Firefox does not start - claims that it is already open
Firefox does not start. He claims to be already running, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I tried to create a new user profile, but when I try to open Firefox now, the menu "choose user profile". I tried the new profile and they old, and both give the same error message. "Firefox is unable to use the"Default user"profile because it is in use. To continue, close the Runspace of Firefox or choose a different profile. »
There is an entry for firefox.exe in the menu of "details" to my task manager and nowhere else. When I try to put an end to this task, I get the following error: "the operation could not be performed - access denied."
Due to some troubleshooting research, I tried to delete the parent.lock my profile folder, but I get this error: "the action cannot be completed because the file is opened in Firefox."
I tried to transfer my bookmarks and preferences from Firefox to Chrome, but I had a similar error suggesting that Firefox was already open and I have to close first.
I also turned off my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox several times.
I'd really rather not lose all my bookmarks Firefox, modules, and preferences. I also prefer to use Firefox for Chrome, so if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. I don't know what else to try.
My PC runs Windows 10, incidentally.
Try to delete the parent.lock file in the Firefox profile folder.

What security software do you have?
Try to create a new shortcut on the desktop Firefox and maybe to reinstall Firefox via a clean reinstall (i.e. remove the Firefox program folder).
If you cannot remove the Firefox program folder and then try to rename this file to "Mozilla Firefox.old".
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
Start the computer in Mode safe mode with network support Windows (on the startup screen, press F8) to see if that helps.
