2 phones: moving from shared Apple ID for family separate them bound
My phone and my phone of girls share my Apple ID. What is the best way to change its apple for a family ID, without losing its contacts and messages.
your daughter needs to create a new Apple ID, or you need to create one for her if she is less than 13 years old.
A new ID means new account and she doesn't have access to its old messages because it is linked to your account, you can transfer contacts via Air Drop How to use with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch - Apple Support AirDrop
or manually via iCloud and card Contacts: export and import your contacts and What are the types of content can I share with sharing family?-Apple Support

Under watch OS 3, the friends feature (which was available in previous versions) comes over and there is no direct replacement for it.

my phone asking me always Apple ID password of the account that I did not create. I have this account in my settings, but I don't know how to remove it. Thanks for the reply.
There are several places an identifier Apple is used on an iPhone.
- If it's the Apple of a former owner of the phone ID, and it is in settings/iCloud grace to find my iPhone activated, ONLY the person who set up the Apple ID can remove (see: find my iPhone Activation Lock: a mechanism of extraction of the previous owner)
- If it's the Apple ID in Settings/iTunes & App Store just log out, then log back with the correct ID of Apple.
- Do the same for iMessage and Facetime, if that is where the Apple ID is used.
- If he is asked during the updating of the apps means that applications have been purchased or downloaded using this code from Apple. To resolve this issue, you must remove the application, and then buy with your Apple ID.

I bought CS3 and LR2 nine from an apple store. I just moved to a new computer and it does not allow me to copy to my new without a product key. I started a conversation and they told me that I was out of money. $700.00 CS3 and LR $199.00. It seems of course after spending a lot of money with Adobe that it would be an easier way to take care of your customer than to spend another $900
Help!
Adobe programs should be installed, they can be copied from one place to the other. If you do not have the serial numbers for these products, then you're probably out of luck to run again on any new installation. If you have the discs, then the serial number is usually on the disc cover.
If you purchase these items in an Apple store, they are not new... they are quite old.
I doubt that they say anything about you being the money you spent, more likely, they say they provide is no longer support for older products and you conclude are you the money you've spent - this isn't something rare to hear - it is unfortunate, but are not uncommon.

I was very leary about it wanted to check into that first. He said he could remember at an agreed time. So I set up to 22/05/12 at 4:30 pm p.t.. Is it a scam? I got a phone call from someone who said they were from microsoft and my computer was in danger, unless I paid 130 pounds for a new warranty, is it a scam?
Hi Debra,
It's a SCAM! Microsoft does not make that neither have they partners that do and don't they hire contractors or individuals or even to find volunteers to do. There are probably thousands of these companies out there do every day - we get two or three posts like this (or more) each day ask about it. You are lucky who have recognized the scam enough not to be sucked in and eventually identify theft, infections, hacking your computer, convince you to buy software or services you either did not need or that do not really exist at all and all sorts of nefarious stuff. You'd be surprised how much contact us AFTER THAT that they realized they had been duped asking what to do. Don't waste time talking to these people, not give them any personal information it is, don't be fooled by what they can get allows you to see on the computer - in fact, not do anything they suggest on your computer or even to visit Web sites they recommend and for the love of God don't give them access to your computer.
Microsoft knows this is happening, but with these companies popping up like dandelions, or closing and changing names when discovered and operating mainly from abroad, it would take an army of lawyers to sue each other. They do the best they can, but they are just too many and more added every day. People need to pay attention to these things. They occur not only by telephone, but also by e-mail, instant messaging, mail and all the ways imaginable. Forget not that Microsoft doesn't this and hang up or remove the emails or messages or mail from someone claiming that they do because they know the information on your computer or that you want to get information from you to confirm your account so that it will not be closed and asking you your name of user and password and all sorts of other personal information. Microsoft DO NOT!
See below for additional information on this topic and what to do and how Microsoft works:
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/msName.aspx
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/phishing-scams.aspx
I'm glad you don't get captured by these crooks and save yourself a big headache. Continue to use the same caution and you should do fine.
Good luck and best wishes!

Phone call from a person who claims to work for Windows.
Occasionally my old computer crashes when I read a Blog, and I have to close it manually. When I start backup it asks if I want to send an error message. If I do not send the message, in a few days I get a phone call from someone claiming to work for Windows and they want access to my computer. Is it a coincedence? It happened three times in the past months, and I know that Microsoft does not call customers. So is there someone who works at Microsoft who does something they shouldn't? The people who have always had Indian accents or Chinese who are difficult to understand.
