Please follow the steps below.
Solution 1: -.
1 sign out and sign back for creative cloud.

Solution 2: -.
Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. (If you don't see all the entries of adobe, go to solution 3)
1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".
WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.
2. move the file hosts on the desktop.
3. open.
WIN: Open it with Notepad.
MAC: double click on it.
4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.
5. rear move "/ etc" folder.
Solution 3: -.
1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.
2. turn off firewall / proxy.

I don't think that Firefox has hooks that would prevent the screensaver from starting.
It may not be compatible with the latest version of Firefox.
Please try a different screen saver. I use Digital Aquarium Screensaver and it works well. -

I ordered a subscription for one year for Adobe Creative Cloud via the Dutch student website Slim.nl. I've already paid for a full year, but after a few months my stept programs during at the 30-day trial. Now my 30 days are over and my cc has stopped working. So I contacted the helpdesk Slim.nl. They said they gave me a code that works only once to download and install CC. They also told me that this isn't an installation code and I need to contact Adobe to solve the problem. I tried to reinstall the programs, but the code they gave me will not work, because it is already used.
If I'm logged on the Adobe Creative cloud site, I get the overview of the programs. The first seconds the buttons say en 'Try the trial' and then after a few seconds they tell me to 'download '. But when I click on this button, that it installs, then opening the software returns trial pop up.
I use a MacBook for Adobe Creative Cloud.
Could someone help?
