2620 HP all-in-one printing problem

I have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer twice driver now.

When I print on my blacknes information credit card statement that I need to see.  I tried disabling my firewall, but still does it print all the information that is displayed on my screen.

Does anyone else have this problem?  What did you do to stop?

In the meantime, what you can try to use another web browser? (Ie: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc..)

Also, are you able to try to save the statement in PDF format and print like that?

    I'm sure that yu you are trying to install from the installation to Windows XP CD. Try to download the software from THIS page and try to install.

  • All in one printer problems.

    I'm trying to find what to do to get my printer to finish early.  When I turn on the power, it will start to make the start up and then it stopped and began to make a rattling noise.  When he clicked for about a minute he then give me an error message.  The message is "Scanner failure".  Under which he tells me to turn off the printer, then restart it.  Yet once, it does the same thing.  I can't print or copy anything.  What would cause the printer to do this and how to fix it?

    Printing device do not at all. According to Hp scan doctor, there were questions wz the print queue and the game port and both have been resolved. However still does not print anything. Could someone who are facing the same problem and found the solution pls reply.

    I see that you have problems with printing from your Windows PC to your Deskjet 2540. I can help with that. To start, I want to make sure that the printer hardware is working by pressing the button with the light wireless top for 10 seconds. If that then prints the material itself is very good.

    Next, Let's refresh some connections between the printer and the computer. To do:

    1. Turn the printer off.
    2. On your PC go to start and devices and printers.
    3. In this window right click on the image to the printer.
    4. Left click on delete device.
    5. Repeat if you have extra copies of the printer.
    6. Turn on the printer.
    7. If the printer is connected wireless and then once you have a solid blue light the printer click Add printer, and follow the prompts to add the printer to the back.
    8. Try to print.

    I installed all the software and ran all the tests and pass all areas. Test print comes out very well. But when I try to send something to the printer, nothing happens, the printer just sits there. Anyone know what could be the problem?

    I still don't believe it, but I took a chance and pulled the USB out and then plugged in. It worked.

    I hung, installed, connected wireless. Printer shows in the print devices, computer communicate with the printer, everything seems in order until I go to print a document, image, whatever it is. Nothing happens. Tried to uninstall and also hooked to a loading disk usb cable. Nothing.

    SOLVED. I took the printer and got a new. Works very well. Must have been this printer.

    Using windows 7 Edition family, my scanner everything just stopped scanning and stuck at halfway through the last picture of around 200 photos I've been analyze to create a PDF file, it took me forever and I don't want to rescan all these again, nobody knows how to convince the scanner to create my pdf without a new analysis all these images again , I took the backup of all temporary files it creates during the preliminary scan and the creation of the PDF, such as MaglevExpressTemp (1.4 GB), etc... any help is very appreciated

    Okay, so what I thought you meant originally was not that far from reality. Unfortunately, there is not a way that would be easy to convert these files. I would recommend performing the analysis again, into segments of 30-50 and then you can use PDF SAM program to combine those into a single unit.

    In its current form is not a way for you to do what you ask in a simple way. It would be less time-consuming and easier to run it again.

    Thanks for sharing your fix.  Sorry I don't have to you earlier, but I am very happy to hear that you were able to fix it.  If you need to print from Google Chrome and in this case even once, I found information suggesting the Google Chrome was updated.  Otherwise, good impression!

    To answer your questions:

    I would recommend the HP Deskjet 990c driver, as it supports printing A5. When you change to this driver it can restrict your printer to print only as the HP Deskjet 990c is a printer function only. In order to restore the features of scanning, etc... You may need to return to the driver HP Officejet 2620. But it is possible that scanning, etc. may continue to work with the original drivers as well. The only way to know for sure is to try it and test it.
