  I have a HP Photosmart C6380 all-in-One printer.  It worked well for a number of years, but last year, whenever I want to print something, the orange light blinks and an error message is displayed in the window.  It is said: ' Please Oxc19a0035 turn printer off, then on.  If - before the printer print, I must turn off first and then on again.  It's more boring, to say the least.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can solve this problem?  Thank you, Ms. Dahlia

  I have a C6380 all-in-one printer and have purchased historically 364 cartridges standard for the colors Cyan, Magenta, yellow and black Photo, with a 364XL for black color in standard.

  I want to buy the XL cartridges for all colors because they are more economical.  However, looking at the housing of the cartridge in the printer, it doesn't look like there is room for all of the other color cartridges is greater.  Before that I buy them, so I want to check if the printer is capable of using all the XL cartridges at the same time.

  The C6380 should accept 364XL color cartridges too. You will find that even if there is a lot more ink in it the cartridge is physically the same size and will adapt to the printer

  I try to install HP Office Jet 7210 all-in-one printer.

  I'm sure that yu you are trying to install from the installation to Windows XP CD. Try to download the software from THIS page and try to install.

  I'm trying to find what to do to get my printer to finish early.  When I turn on the power, it will start to make the start up and then it stopped and began to make a rattling noise.  When he clicked for about a minute he then give me an error message.  The message is "Scanner failure".  Under which he tells me to turn off the printer, then restart it.  Yet once, it does the same thing.  I can't print or copy anything.  What would cause the printer to do this and how to fix it?

  Hanging after having been stored for 6 weeks. Printed 4 pages without any problem but knew that my (black) ink level was low so was not surprised when my page 5 fine started, then piddled on. Installed a reprint of ALL NEW HP black cartridge & hit. Absolutely a blank page. Tried a 2nd time... same thing. Pulled the cartridge & checked with a kleenex to make sure that it is pushing ink by - Yes... Clean the printer heads thinking that maybe something is janky to storage. Don't do that - no change.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer twice driver now.

  When I print on my blacknes information credit card statement that I need to see.  I tried disabling my firewall, but still does it print all the information that is displayed on my screen.

  Does anyone else have this problem?  What did you do to stop?

  I see that you have problems with printing from your Windows PC to your Deskjet 2540. I can help with that. To start, I want to make sure that the printer hardware is working by pressing the button with the light wireless top for 10 seconds. If that then prints the material itself is very good.

  Next, Let's refresh some connections between the printer and the computer. To do:

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. On your PC go to start and devices and printers.
  3. In this window right click on the image to the printer.
  4. Left click on delete device.
  5. Repeat if you have extra copies of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.
  7. If the printer is connected wireless and then once you have a solid blue light the printer click Add printer, and follow the prompts to add the printer to the back.
  8. Try to print.

  He can't get the softaware driver to install on windows 8.1. Error message file cannot be found.  Found the solution to change wxtensions .dat file in the Windows folder. But the scan did not find any hpoins*.dat or hpwins.*

  I found that many new computer Windows 8.1 come pre-loaded with McAfee, is the Anit-Virus on your computer? If so, disable it, and then try to install the software. I had good results with this step in the past.
