  In an attempt to partially answer your questions:

  1. how to manage the monitoring of the performance of the system and the database during execution of ODI?

  Monitor the performance of the application from a commercial point of view. As transactions per minute, or response time or time elapsed for the key events of the company. Monitor the activity of the material such that the CPU usage is not necessarily linked to the performance of your application. Performance should be measured from top to bottom - business first, then the lower levels until you get finally to computer equipment. Only if you get a problem to the next level - response time is too large, for example - you can go through the lower levels to identify the cause and fix it.

  I personally use "sar" on UNIX-BASED or Linux, or rather "CFDCs" which is the system activity data collector. SADC will measure and collect data on activities on CPU, memory, disks, etc. and save them to a file in binary format. You can then extract these measures later for analysis using SAR (sar f sadc_file_name). The benefits of SADC are that it is light (these operating systems measure such things anyway, just CFDC records far), it records everything at once (with the exception of the network), it records the time stamp too for each measure, and you can analyze it later when you want to.

  There are commercial products out there too who do similar work, with additional features, such as the integration of Oracle and the relationship between several systems. TeamQuest is an example, but there are others also. (I do not work for TeamQuest, but I used their product in the past).

• Can PCI 6602:How I use digital lines of the Board of Directors and at the same time to generate trains of pulses by using a meter?

  My problem appeared when I tried to update my traditional NOR-DAQ legacy code to DAQmx.

  I use 2 meter (meter 5 and 7 meter) on PCI-6602, to generate trains of pulses, as well as the lines of e/s digital port 0 (the form lines from 0 to 7). What I do in my request, it's that I'm starting to generate the pulse train on the output of 2 meters and after that I play with the State of digital lines.

  Traditional, it was no problem to use the meters and digital lines at the same time, everything went perfectly, but in DAQmx, is not possible.

  What's happening: I start generating train of pulses on the output of counters, no errors, but when I try to change the State of a line of digital port the generation of the pulse train is stopped. What happens when I start the task associated with the digital way.

  My question is: is it possible to create a channel on digital lines without changing the channels created for meters?

  Another thing that I managed to do with the panels 'Measurement and Automation Explorer' and Test for PCI-6602, is basically the same thing, I generate trains of pulses on the output of the 7 meter and try to start a job on the digital line, but I get an error:

  "Error-200022 occurred in test Panel.
  Possible reasons:
  Measurements: Resource requested by this task has already been reserved by another task.
  Device: Dev4
  "Terminal: PFI8.

  On the contrary if I use the counter 0 or a counter 1 to generate trains of pulses I encounter the same problem.

  What resources are used by 2 to 7 of the PCI-6602 card counters and the counters to 0 and 1 do not use?

  After doing some real tests on this device, I found that it is a normal behavior for the jury of 6602.  This is because when you start a task digital all 32 lines are configured for digital i/o, so it replaces your meter operation.  The article below the link explains a little more on this subject.  You must start the digital task before the task of counter to use the features of both in your program.

  2 meter and above will not work correctly when you perform digital i/o on NI 6601 or 6602

  Do you mean a motherboard replacement M58?   A motherboard (MB) usually does not come with a Windows license, so change from 32 to 64 bits would be independent of the MB.

The problem is that all of my physical network cards are distributed between 4 virtual switches. No other virtual machines require promiscuous mode. When you set this mode on a vswitch, how will this affect the other virtual machines using the same switch? "Promiscuous" mode can be set on the switch and only ebabled to the virtual machine?

  I'm under esxi 5 and 8 network adapters in the servers of my host. There are 4 configured vswitches, one for management, data traffic, one for vmotion traffic and one for our DMZ.

If I move to 8 GB 1600 mhz ram I'll be able to... play cod 4, 5, and 2 setting ultra 720 p (1080 p maby) at 40 to 60 fps. also I want to be able to play transformers wfc and jib to medium to low 720 p at 40-50 fps. my laptop apu can do with ram upgrade?

  Looks like your computer is more than capable of some great games. If you were to do something, my first upgrade would be to double your RAM 8 GB.

  I have 2 ESX Servers I want to use for MS SQL servers. I want to virtualize our current remaining physical SQL servers. Memory is not a problem, but there are some concerns about the possible CPU contention.

  Vsphere, can I deduct the total cpu resources used in Mhz by the current SQL virtual servers, but I need to get the same kind of information for physical servers.

  Now, thanks to the performance monitor windows on the physical computers that I can get my (_Total)\%Processor time, but how is this related to the use of the processor in Mhz as on vSphere.

  Is there a way to convert windows information to Mhz?

  Well, you can simply calculate the used effective Mhz if you know the total capacity of the CPU of the physical host:

  ([total number of physical cores] * [base Mhz]) / [% total CPU usage]

  This should give you a rough description of the CPU usage required.

  It is worth noting that the different types of processors can have effects as well:

  For example, if your physical server running older generation processors Nehalem and your ESXi hosts run new Xeons Ivy-Bridge, the same workload probably requires less processor cycles on the ESXi host with newer processors due to new/improved instruction sets, pipelines more effective, large Cache, faster memory bus etc etc.

  The same applies obviously vice versa if your ESXi host running older processors as your physical server.

  We are responsible to give a list of all our virtual machines with their host name, the number of CPUs, the BONES and the number of cores per processor for verification.

  I immediately said that this would not be a problem with PowerCLI. However I seem to have more trouble with it than expected.

  Get the number of CPUS is not a problem, but the time wherever I want to divide the number of cores and the number of sockets, it seems to hit a dead end.

• After update to FF12 - use of the cpu, slower and unresponsible

And it also affects the whole system - everything is "stuttering" FF is doing.
