  Have you tried to plug it into another USB port?

  May be a corrupted driver. Can be a good download and reinstall.

  I had a paid account of CC for over a year.  A couple of months ago a free year of CC for help at an Adobe event, I received.  Since I activated the free account, I was still being charged for my paid subscription (which overdrew my bank account three times), now that I finally got that fixed with Adobe last week I now get a message when I open Lightroom which says that it has limited functionality as my account is cancelled...

• 2 years without problems now windows says its not valid

  I hope that someone will be able to answer this one.  I bought my dell computer with windows vista on it in June of ' 07.  About 3 days ago he did an automatic update of windows and now it says that is not validated.  It's never happened before.  Now I can't go in the control panel to change anything, the window will not just open.  It is as I have more administrative rights on my computer when I have the only account on it.  Tried to do validation on www.microsoft.com/genuine .  Installed the files which it said you and it will still not validated.  If no one can help me with this it would be great.
