• I have entered my product key for studentversion, but I only got the free trail version. When I type my key again it know that the key is already used.

  These have been given us the name. and I recorded my key on my account the first day.

  However I never got anything else then the free trail basic software.

  I paid for a student version, so I should have gotten a version of the student.

  I still have the key. so I can prove that I admit.

  I don't have any account but this one and no one else has my key code as they are awarded by name.

  in any case, it would be nice if one of the mods could check which account my key is registered.
