3000 wireless keyboard v 2

I bought a 3000 wireless keyboard v 2 in the United Kingdom. I have problems with the keys above the right shift key. "For example, when I try to type the @, which is just above the right shift key, I get this" (a quotation sign). I fumbled along and I found the sign using the SHIFT key and the number @

Hello

If the keys do not correctly collide, make sure that the keyboard is free of dust, dirt or foreign bodies.

Turn the keyboard upside down to allow foreign debris such as hair, dust, or food particles to fall.

We recommend that you regularly use compressed air to blow dust from difficult to clean in the keyboard slots.

If you spill a drink or some other liquid on the keyboard, immediately turn the keyboard upside down to allow the liquid drain on and then remove as much liquid as possible. Wait until the keyboard is completely dry before using it again.

  • Original Microsoft 3000 wireless Keboard & the mouse software.

I have a keyboard 3000 and 5000 mouse that I bought as a set, a few years ago.

I lost the software that came with them. The Intellitype Pro 8.2 is not the same software, and it does not control the mouse. Anyone who is familiar with the software that I mentioned? Where is it, or what is the name for the software, if this isn't Intellitype?

    Hi MrHeiss,

Thanks for posting the query on Microsoft Community.

When you say software, are you referring to drivers?

  • MS Wireless Keyboard 3000 v2 scrollbar on its own

Recently my v2 Micrsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 began to scroll to the bottom of any screen, I'm in (Windows Explorer, web browser, Excel, etc.).  I know that it is the keyboard because I removed the battery and the problem ceased to exist.  I also plugged a wired USB keyboard and I don't have the problem of scrolling/paging-down with it.  any ideas?  I tried to reinstall the driver already.

    Hello
As it happens on several computers, I am prepared to say that there is a problem with the keyboard itself and has nothing to do with Windows.

    Hi Nyasaboy,

Wireless 5000 mouse & keyboard 3000 V2.0 Wireless both are compatible with Windows 7 so I would like to know the exact error message you received when you tried to install the driver update for the mouse wireless & keyboard?

For now, you can uninstall the drivers for keyboard & mouse from the Device Manager and restart the computer that will install the default drivers for keyboard & mouse and check if it works.

    1. type devmgmt.msc in the search box start and press ENTER.

    2. in Device Manager, expand the mouse & keyboard listed in the list of devices.

    3. right click on the driver > click on uninstall.

4 restart the computer. The drivers will install automatically.

  • Microsoft 3000 V2 wireless keyboard does not work!

Hello! I recently bought a keyboard (keyboard microsoft wireless keyboard 3000 V2) for my new PC (windows 7 64 bit installed) and I can't just not work! Installing intellitype pro 8.0 works perfectly and I can choose my keyboard model from the list. When I plugin the USB receiver to my computer, it recognizes it immediately and says he's ready to be used. The program "Microsoft keyboard" also recognizes the connection and it says also, that it is running. The problem is that when I press a button on the keyboard it self, nothing happens... at all. I have inserted more than 10 different and newly purchased battery AA, but the only thing that happes is the power led on the keyboard lights up for about 8 seconds.

I ve tried ALL literary to make it work. Guides, forum search, searches on google and all these things, but nothing works.

You are my last hope and I really hope you can help me!

It now appears that the keyboard and the receiver has lost signals 'sync '.  You must contact TS and find how to "synchronize" the receiver / keyboard signals.

  • A transmitter/receiver for mouse 4000 series will work with my mouse of series 5000 and 3000 series keyboard?

The transmitter/receiver for my wireless 5000 mouse is dead!

If I buy a 4000 wireless mouse 3000 (from office all 5000) wireless keyboard will work on the ARVA 4000? I think I got that right!

You guessed it right, and it depends on the brand and model.  If they specify a "unifying" receiver it will work, otherwise contact the MFR.

  • Microsoft wireless keyboard will not type the letter 'c' or type the number "3".

My wireless keyboard will not let me type the let type me the letter 'c' or type the number "3". This works sometimes! Help please!

This is a Microsoft wireless keyboard 3000 v2.0. It came with a mouse aswell which is working as expected.

    Any ideas? It's so frustrating!

If you can, try the keyboard on another PC and try a different keyboard on your PC. If the keyboard has the same thing on another PC and another keyboard works well on your PC, it is "side on" hardware failure. Assuming that it is hardware failure, if it is under warranty GET it replaced, it is not you will have to buy a new one.

Please mark this as useful or response if applicable.
