  • Beats Studio Wireless - Device missing Bluetooth for Windows 7 64 bit OS drivers

I have a HP Elitebook 9480 m notebook, running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit OS.  I just got this machine and my previous machine was running Windows 7 32 bit OS.

My problem is that when I go to install my wireless on the Elitebook Beats Studio headphone, it does not find the Bluetooth device drivers.

I called Apple support (now support produced Beats), contacted HP support and visited with my COMPUTER service company hoping to copy the drivers through my old machine (helmet worked on an old machine) and no solution has been found.

Copy the drivers through did not work as my machine would not find them when we asked it to look for them.  We have, however, learned that the driver that was used on my old machine was a Microsoft driver, specifically the pilot called btwavdt.sys.

I need an updated version of this driver, or the equivalent of 64-bit if it is not already compatible with 64 bit computers, in order to properly install my helmet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Dell Inspiron 15R 5537: Intel Network Adapter missing

My hard drive on my Inspiron crashed and I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled the OS disk, but my wireless network card is missing.  I was wondering what I need to do to get it back to use wireless? I can use it through the ethernet connection, but want to restore my wireless connection. I recently bought a program that use a USB card to recover to wireless, but I want to be able to use my computer again without going through the USB port. Where can I get a recovery disk to reinstall my network card that is missing? It is a N-7260 of Intel.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hello:

    There is the problem...

You don't have a 7260 Intel wireless card, but a wireless card Dell 1705 wireless 802.11b/g/n, made by Atheros.

You must download and install the first wireless driver listed on the page of the driver and support for your laptop.

Who will also install the bluetooth driver too.

  • Inspiron Intel Wireless N 7260 with POOR performance

    The laptop was purchased 8/2014.  I'm having problems with my WIFI connection and our cable service provider out today.  They have isolated the problem to the laptop.  They proved this by running tests of speed on different devices.  This laptop was the only device that produces slow download speeds<6 mbps="" while="" the="" other="" devices="" are="" running="" anywhere="" from="" 50="" mbps="" to="" as="" high="" as="" 90="" mbps. ="" if="" i="" connect="" this="" laptop="" via="" ethernet="" it="" runs="" in="" the="" 90="" mbps="">

WIFI on this device is an Intel Wireless N 7260 and the 16.6.0.8 driver version runs at 2.4 GHz only.

Does anyone know if this is faulty (it passes all the tests) or is it something that needs to be upgraded already?  Y at - it an upgrade?

    jjdeadhead,

Did you recently install/reinstall/upgrade the operating system?

Have you tried the drivers from the Dell website? Go to drivers and downloads , enter your service tag, select your operating system, network, download the drivers and save them to your desktop.

    Do a system restore point.

Go to Device Manager, network cards, click with the right button on the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-N 7260, left, click on uninstall. Tell him to remove the software and drivers. Then, restart your computer. When you connect, the new hardware wizard will try to install the drivers. Install the drivers that you saved on your desktop.

    Try these tweaks...

Start, Control Panel, Manager of devices. Click Network and then right click on your network adapter, on the left, click on properties, power management. Uncheck the allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Go to the options power and changed the wireless adapter setting, adjustment of maximum power for maximum performance.

  • 7260 Intel ac radio off

I came across a map of 7260 intel and installed in my HP G72 with no problems.  Notepad starts in Windows 7 64 bit without error.  Loads of everything whenever I try to connect to the internet and don't get 'no wireless networks detected.  I used the manual wireless Troubleshooter intel said that "radio is off" I checked the f12 key and have a blue light.  Device Manager sees the adapter without error.  The windows Mobility Center has the gray box of the wifi network.  The Hp Wireless Assistant doesn't show bluetooth.  I went off to the old card card and can access my network.  I don't know if there is a combination of fn keys on that I need to support or an order, that I can enter the command prompts or regestry parameter that must be changed.  Any suggestions?

    Hello radiskull.

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I read your question about your Intel 7260. In my humble opinion, I think that you need to reinstall Windows, since the card works on Linux. It's my only suggestion at this time.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

  • Satellite P100-429: Intel Wireless Wifi Link 4965agn card is not compatible?

    Hey guys

I have a Satellite P100-429 with a 3965abg to intel, I have a few router purchased months ago Netgear wnr834b n project, then think, it is high time, I upgraded my internal adapter.

I wanted to know if the Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN adapter would fit that is a right with the 3965 swap, as it says it's connection is Mini PCIe card * and I have no idea if it would fit?

    Hello

Yes, she should go, because the W-LAN-mini-card slot is a PCI-Express, so you'll just have to swap the cards. But be careful with the antenna connections, if you bend them too so they break very quickly and then there is NO WAY back and you will pay for the exchange of
the whole cover, where are the antennas of screen.

Best is to contact a local service partner if they exchanged, you don t therefore the risk for the guarantee void if you do something 'not very good' on your machine. :)

    Welcome them

  • HP Envy 27 - p099na: Intel Wireless Display

Your desktop PC specifications say nothing about Intel WiDi constituting a trait. Of the specification, it is not part of all of the function that the Office was delivered with.

  • Can I use Intel Wireless Display - Netgear PTV1000 on Satellite U400-157

I want to use the NETGEAR PTV 1000 wireless display device. The hammer on the Net says I should be able to use it if I change the operating system to Windows 7. I see that I need http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wtech/iwd/sb/CS-031059.htm Intel Wireless Display to use.

The Intel Wireless WifI Link 5100 wireless on the Satellite U400-157 is. Seems that it is not one that is required to run the PTV 1000? So an operating system for Win 7 can not allow me to use the PTV 1000?

  • Qosmio F750-Q10 - how to use Intel Wireless Display

    Hi all

My apologies if this has been posted somewhere but I can't find it if it has.

I have a Qosmio F750-Q10 laptop and have recently bought a Toshiba LED Smart TV, which includes the Intel Wireless Display.

I wonder if my laptop is able to use this piece of software that I tried to download the software from the Intel Web site and tried to install one.

    However, when I try to install, I get the error message;
    "Abandoned InstallShield.

This platform is not compatible with Intel Wireless Display"

Can someone shed light on this for me please?

    Thank you
    Steve

Intel is the leading company behind this feature and they have a very nice document describing the necessary components and software to be able to implement the WiDi.

    You can find it here:

  • Can I use Satellite R630 with Netgear and Intel wireless display technology

    Dear all,

I am a user of a Satellite R630-105 (processor i3 M350). I would use this laptop with Wi - Fi on my plasma on the wall display. Recently, I heard about Intel wireless display technology connected to the Netgear adapter as a possibility for wireless connection to the screen.

Can I use my computer with this technology? If so, what is the process? If not, is there an alternative, using cable is very inconvenient. I'm at the beginner level.

Thank you very much, to come.

    Peter

    > I would like to use this laptop with Wi - Fi on my plasma on the wall display.
Can you please me for what purpose you need this connection?
I mean what kind of data you want to transfer?
With other words you do exactly?

    • OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
    • Windows Firewall is disabled

    Network card:

    Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN
Drivers updated to the latest version: 13.4.0.139

    • Channel 802.11n for band 2.5 width 20 MHz only

    • Mixed mode Protection CTS automatically
    • Vagrant aggression 3. Medium
    • Transmit power 5. Highest
    • 6 wireless mode. 802.11a/b/g

Steps in trying to solve this problem:

    1. The option "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is also disabled.
    2. I have the power options set to High Performance.
    3. I installed inSSIDer and I'm the only broadcast network on the 5 GHz bandwitdth (so there is absolutely no interference whatsoever)
    4. I spent between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and the same thing happens. See below

    Question:

My laptop to find < 50 meters from my wireless router (no walls between the two) and I connected on 5 GHz bandwidth. I get random disconnects all along the day make a red X on the network icon in my taskbar. The only way to correct 'temporary', it's completely restart my computer.

On the other hand, my mother's laptop is in the other room, also connected to the 5 GHz range, ran into problems of ZERO at all.

    What could be the problem?

If anyone else knows this problem, are the only two (solutions)

    • "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option checked

OR (if this does not work)

    • 802.11n mode Disable

802.11n mode for Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN for operating system Windows 7 and 8 is buggy. Which causes intermittent wireless disconnection.
