I have it receive the notice of the update, but the update process does not (the audit online says that my version of 24.4 is the most recent and does not perform an automatic update.)   I didn't find the Arabic language pack for win7 x 64 on the MS Update Catalog Web site. I tried to search in different ways but I can't find it yet, I even tried the KB only. who is KB972813. Why it is not on the website?

  As far as I know, language packs are only available through Windows Update.

  If it isn't a Win7 Ultimate or a company computer, no language packs will be available through Windows Update.
