Hi all I had 3 failed Windows 10 upgrades. I have an Acer Aspire Z1800 running Windows 7 the first trial that he had failed at the helm of the 75% of second and third once failed with a technician from the receipt of the response by using the remote control, the third has not to 86% with an error code of C1900101-40017. I confirm that I got the same message and 10 + attempts.

Everything I have done differently was UNINSTALL antivirus completely program and restart.  Then goto start button /programmes. and click on windows update and re-download 10A windows from there.

the only other thing I did was disable my usb dvd player. If you can confirm that you do not have an external drive usb then it would be great and medium solution was indeed remove the antivirus

    CS5 and 10.11 are not supported and will never be supported by Adobe or Apple.

    However it works for some, more actually, but not all. There are sporadic problems with Illustrator, Photoshop seems to be the best. Do not expect an improvement and keep in mind that anyone from Adobe, Apple or anywhere else will fix it.

    As you are not sure of what you have removed for cause of your problems, I suggest that do you a system restore to a date before you start deleting these files, and then start carefully again, before to remove any file of dual control.

    I had Windows 7 installed on bootcamp and run without a hitch.  With the upgrade to El Capitan, the entire partition and Windows startup option disappeared.

    I tried to correct it and could see the Windows partition with option for (by pressing Option at startup to the top), but the error I get is now that the operating system is missing.

  • Color LaserJet Pro M252dw: "error memory of supply" for a cartridge after software upgrade. Now unusable printer

    Software update on October 8, 2016 resulted in 'Providing a memory error' for the Cyan cartridge. Co-incidentally, it's the only 3rd - Party cartridge in the machine. All cartridges were working perfectly before the upgrade. The machine is now completely in-can be used as the message seems to inhibit printing.

    The cartridge is more than 80% full and I do not wish to replace in an attempt to achieve a solution in this way.

    I tried:

    * Remove and reinsert the cartridge

    * re-start in as many ways as I can think.

    * check whether the absolute latest version.

    * Search the forums for any solution - without success and similar messages

    I have an urgent need to print and I am very unhappy that I have no way to contact HP directly a defect in software on a product a few months out of warranty. I hope that I will not this escalation outside HP.

    My son got a machine running vista and it has upgraded to Windows7 with a free upgrade, which he received at the University that he attended.  It was received at the campus bookstore, so it should have been a legal copy.  We now have this machine at home and he says that the software is not authentic (lower right corner of the screen).  I had a few problems with trying to download updates, etc, and I need to fix this problem.  I see two options:

    1 somehow get this valid therefore it works like authentic software.  How can I do this?  I tried to do it online already, but it's Microsoft want to sell me a copy of Windows7.  I don't want to spend more money on this machine, so I'm not interested.  But assuming that my son has received a valid copy of Windows7 to its campus bookstore, I should be able to make it work somehow.  Any ideas?

    2 go back to Vista.  I think that the copy of Vista system restore is still on this machine.  How can I access that and put the system back to how it was before the update Windows7 was made?
