# 4 0219 continues to change itself to #4B161F without doing me anything.

Here's what's happening on my end.  When I opened the file and the pipette a certain color is #4B161F. I immediately change that color at 0219 # 4 because it's hexadecimal code, the customer needs. As soon as I change, I eyedropper again to make sure that I changed it. It reads still 0219 # 4. Perfect. I save the color chart to make sure that this does not happen. I have check the color of the sample. Still # 4 0219. Awesome. THEN, just to be ABSOLUTELY SURE of the color is good, I have the actual color pipette once more. And she came back to the #4B161F. I check my swatch. It is #4B161F. All this in the space of 30 seconds.

Then I go to treat again: start by #4B161F, which is false. I have replace it with color required of the client, 0219 # 4. I check with the pipette. It is very good. Pipette again do SUPER- sure.  He himself changed to #4B161F, without having me ANYTHING done except the pipette once second. No lie; no change, moving, even switching tools. It just goes back to this color on a second control.

I had someone else sit and pipette-check as well and even try to fix it. It does the same thing; He returned to the origin 4B161F # almost immediately.

This only happens in CMYK mode. I had someone else to sit and try to change the hex values for good in RGB mode and values actually stayed on.  Here's another weird thing. The hexadecimal value has changed, but the percantages of each color (C, M, Y and K) are always the same up to a tenth of a percentage. C = 37.37, M = 96.22, Y = 79.76, K = 58.83 for both #4B161F and # 4 0219.

This occurs for each color used in the file (it's a logo design).  Each hexadecimal code is just a little next door and always "returns" itself to the wrong color after correction.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

helloeien,

You can only obtain and keep the hex colors in RGB color Mode. Basically, the hex colors are RGB colors, only with names hexagonal.

The reason is that when you are in CMYK color Mode, RGB colors are changed to the closest match (CMYK) color of the range as soon as blink you.

Try to stop flashing.

If you're lucky, changes do not themselves produce/get apparent before doing something else, like deselection/reselection, economy/reopening, etc..

In any case, they are inevitable, just waiting to jump on you as soon as you relax.

Actually, you get the corresponding color changes when you use colors CMYK in RGB color Mode.

You need to work in the correct color Mode, or suffer the consequences. This means you may have to choose between incorrect colors RGB/hex or incorrect colors CMYK. The decision depends on who is the worst.

If your work is for both print and web or similar use, you can work in CMYK mode to get that as correct as possible and then make a special version of RGB with corrected RGB colors. in the second case, CMYK color changes are essential in all cases

  • Public static IP change itself

I have window Vista Business.  I normally get an IP via DHCP.  A few times for testing purposes, I created a static IP address.  When I close and reopen the window, I notice that my static IP has changed somewhat.  The default gateway and the subnet address (and DNS) are still not changed.  I clicked on the Advanced button and deleted all previous IP addresses that have been seized, but it does not help.  The IP address that he keeps by default is always the same.  What are the causes my static IP continue to change itself?

  • Firefox continues to change the url that I entered

I've updated a Web site. When I paste the url in Firefox it keeps changing and display a different page.

The one I want is http://megalithmovers.org/blog-2015-10-24.htm
Firefox continues to change it to http://megalithmovers.org/blog-2015-01-24.htm
The two pages are valid (they have the date in the url as YYYY-MM-DD)
I know that the url is valid, that I stuck in other browsers. Somewhere FF has cached the page in January. Being too smart for that is good, it's settled I've mistyped the url and displays this page, not the one October.
I deleted all the history of this site, but that makes no difference.

Please don't tell me to restore the FF default settings - I'll have to re - install all Addons then.

    Hello

Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

(If you use it, switch to the default theme).

    • Under Windows, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
    • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.
    • Under Linux, you can open Firefox 4.0 + with leaving Firefox then go to your Terminal and running Safe Mode: firefox-safe-mode (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
    • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. To do this, please follow article Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems .

To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.

When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. It might help others who have the same problem.

  • "Title" bar continues to change color

The "Title" bar continues to change color. I don't mind above all this except that one color is green and I hate this color!

Is it possible to change this behavior?

    Hello

I took a screenshot of my title bar in Firefox (Windows 7) and it marked with an arrow below. I think that is what changes the color on your machine?

In Windows 8, the color of the bars title in all applications is determined by the operating system not Firefox. This varies according to the theme of your operating system, but by default, it is a kind of 'average' colors sampled in your background. This replaces the Aero translucent look of Windows 7.

So detestable green color is most likely taken from your screen background image. To get rid of him the best bet is to change your background.

If you wish to override the settings for Windows, you can try a Firefox theme:

    https://addons.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/themes/

Or you can change the color of the title bar with the code to userChrome.css

Also, see this MozillaZine forum thread:

    I hope this helps.

  • "Save Image under" continues to change directories

"Save Image under" continues to change the location, it saves the file. As I go through the different pages and save some images, I noticed that sometimes it saves where I expect to, (the location that I recently selected when saving an image), but very often in the same session (which means that I've not closed and restarted FF), he decided to change the location of a directory that I used earlier , at the place where this has saved the previous file.

I thought it would be something like a scenario, I opened 1-5 tabs, save images to A location. Then I save a file at location B, open 6 to 10 pages, save a file to the location a new. At this point, I expect that my files by default to A location, but perhaps pages 6 to 10 are now held B that are associated with them and they will default it there instead. I just test that and this isn't.

It is also not extension (.jpg, .gif) that forces the change of location. I can't understand what triggers it.

Does anyone know if there is another topic: config that we can change, (which replaces no doubt the next FF update in 5 minutes) to restore the appropriate behavior?

This behavior started with the upgrade to 7 FF.

  • Satellite L500 - cannot turn off the WiFi and network icon changing itself

    Hello

I have a Satellite L500-1GL (comes with Win 32-bit =) and since I installed the latest updates I can not disable the wireless function. When I use the shortcut key to activate or disable the indicator led is turning on and off, but the wireless feature is always turned on and even the icon which shows the network connection, itself changes without doing something with it.

A few times it shows Red Cross (as she has no connection), but says: connected. When I use wireless connecton always displays the cable connection icon. most of the time, when he should have been showing the strength of the signal.

This is reaally annoing. Please help me solve this problem.

    Hi danihun,

The updates you have installed exactly?

In your case, I would try a system restore to an earlier point.

For some strange reason, I see the background I see normally before I log in, then when I connect it changes to the El Captain one. I hate to go to the system preferences and must continue to change as a result of the background, I love. The way it works by this problem is really strange. I tested it by restarting and the background I love is always there. I wanted to test even more so I turned off my Mac for an hour and then an hour later I turn it back, always there. • Windows continues to change user profile folder

    Hi all

I'm facing a real headache. My computer continues to change user profiles folder every restart 2 or 3. For example, my user name is MSF\Bob. The user profile folder has been C:\Document & Settings\Bob. After a restart, Windows create a C:\Document & Settings\Bob.MSF then Bob.MSF.000 and Bob.MSF.001 folder and so on.

Someone has an idea why this is happening and how I can prevent this?

I thank very you much in advance!

    Best regards

Easy question to answer.  You simply have a corrupted profile.

When Windows detects a corrupted profile, it automatically generates a temporary with names profile as you describe.  Usually, these profiles are deleted when you connect your computer turned off, but not always.  The solution is quite simple.  You just need to recover your corrupt profile.   There are two general approaches.  One is to do a system restore to a point in time before the profile was first damaged.  The other usually involves the creation of a new user and moving profile data on to the new user (you may reset some of your settings).  To do this, choose one of the following articles and follow through:

"How to recover damaged Windows XP user profile"

"How to copy data from a corrupted to a new profile in Windows XP user profile"

"Windows XP problems if your profile is corrupted"

PS: Corrupt profiles are almost always accompanied by alteration of the disc as well.  After your recovery, perform a check disk (chkdsk) with the "/ R" or "/ F" option
