Hello Jason, aka @wingnut34 , I hope you do well

Normally when you see more than one copy of the printer driver, the driver has installed more than once. Sometimes you can have two copies and one copy as the USB connection and the other a network connection, and it's normal. Having multiple copies will not slow down the computer, so I don't personally see a problem in addition to a. If you wish, you can go to your folder devices and printers and delete the copy that you use, if you know, the one you use for some.

I hope this help you, have a great Thursday

  • All bookmarks are not copied over with new synchronization.

    I use 29.0a2 Aurora (2014-02-28) on Windows 7 x 64 and Ubuntu 13.10 x 64 laptop computers and created a new account to sync.

Windows has the bookmarks that I want. Ubuntu has no favorite. When I used the new sync, it copied the bookmarks on the toolbar of bookmarks and folders. Each folder in the bookmarks bar is empty.

After doing separate and compensation parameters and data, used a new email and it works.

  • OfficeJet 4630 analysis, but will not be printed

    Printer model: HP Officejet 4630

    Operating system: Windows 8.1, 32-bit

    Method of connection: wireless

    Error messages: n/a

My printer is connected via a USB port on my desktop.  It has Windows XP Service Pack 3.  It prints and scans with it very well.  Also, I can print from my phone using the Cloud Print or ePrint.

My printer is connected to my wireless tablet.  It is used to print and scan very well.  It always scans to my tablet now.  It just prints more.

When I go to print something, it loads in my queue, said it is printing, and then disappears.  Nothing happening with my printer.  I downloaded the HP Print and Scan doctor, and as a first step, he said that nothing was wrong.  Then I tried to print through it, and it would not print.  Then I printed internally through her, and she printed.  After it happened, he said I had to uninstall the software and reinstall it on my tablet.  I did, and the problem still persisted.

I scanned again with the doctor, and he offered the same solution.  I tried again and nothing happened.  I did three times before coming here.

    You help me, please?

    Hi there @!

Thank you for contacting the HP Forums!

I see you have a problem of communication with the Tablet and the HP Officejet 4630.  Also, you said that after running the doctor print and Scan it has recommended a uninstall and reinstall the HP software.  If the scan still works, but printing is not, then it looks like something about the print driver specifically.

I would run an uninstall once more.  This is a document about uninstalling the printer software.

Once the uninstall is complete, I suggest a cleaning disc running on the Windows operating system.  Disk Cleanup will speed up the computer and also to remove all temporary files that may cause corruption of the print driver when you reinstalled the HP software.  Here is a link to a video of You Tube about How to do a cleaning disc - Windows 8.1.  When you use disk cleanup, its OK for all the check boxes.  It is important that you make sure that you check the box next to temporary files.

After disk cleanup is complete and re - install the HP software.  Here is a link to the download of driver HP Officejet 4630 updated for Windows 8.1 32 bits.  E-all-in-one HP Officejet 4630 Printer series full feature software and drivers.

Follow the link and click on DOWNLOAD.  Run it download and walk through the steps of installation.  Test printing again and see if that solved the problem.

If please, after back and let me know how it goes!

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus will not be printed

I just bought a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, and I've connected two PC and two iPads to it.  I also plugged on my Macbook Pro (iOS 10.6.8), but unlike four other devices, the Macbook will not print.

The Macbook watch the installed printer, sends the print job, but nothing prints.  I reinstalled the printer, the driver updated and reset the system print, all nothing will do.   I know that the Macbook and printer can communicate because I can print a test page for the HP utility in the browser.

You do not know this information helps, but I have observed in anticipation of eventually being removed from their own print jobs.  I also noticed that, strangely enough, a print job will appear in the queue, I try to print the levels of power, but I was not initialized it.

    What Miss me?

(Btw, it's a wireless installation.  I read that others troubleshoot using a static address, but this isn't an option for me. My ISP router will not work with a static address.)

After much research, I found someone else on this forum who has had the same problem and found a solution.  I post the link below in case someone comes on this post.

  • OfficeJet pro 8500 has more: Officejet pro 8500 has will not be printed sheets

I have an Officejet Pro 8500 has more printer. I try to print the recipes on cards, but everytime I try to do my printer says "incorrect paper size" and then cancels the job. How can I fix it? I have a macbook... I don't know if it's part of the problem?

Most programs running under OS X obey the size of default page defined by the Print Center/Printer Setup Utility preferences.

A notable exception to this rule, however, is that Microsoft Word, which has its own system to decide what paper size to use.

Change the default value of letter to A4

Idea of what should be the default paper size is set in the Normal template.

Go to Format > Document, and then press the button layout... .

Set the size of A4 paper, and then press OK.

Press the button by default... , answer Yes to the dialog box, and then press OK.

I imagine that this also applies to listings so instead of A4, you'd look for 4 x 6! Please let me know if that does the trick!

  • HP Officejet Pro 8610-e: HP Officejet Pro 8610-e will not stop printing

I am trying to print on paper legal and necessary only 5 copies. After spewing of 17 full copies and 4 partial, I turned it off in the hope that it would stop.  Fortunately, when I turned it back there.  I'm not a computer guru, so a lot of the phraseology of the aid might as well be Greek to me.

I've had my printer for about a week now and have not had this problem because it happened first, but I would like to know how do I cancel a print job, just in case it never happens again.   It is also interesting that this happened when I was printing on legal-size paper.  (Thank God, I don't have to do very often!)

Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.

When a document is printing (or was sent and is about to print), there will be an indicator at the top of the screen, with an X white within a circle and print.  Touch and it displays a screen with a rex from X in the lower left corner.  Press X to stop printing.

Note that if a print job is always sent from the computer, it can take a long time for the printer to be ready for the next job.  The printer stops printing immediately when you press the red X, but the computer can continue to send the rest of the job that will be discarded by the printer.

  • Ink HP Officejet 8600 Costco refills will not be printed.

Always buy at Costco HP printers. Buy an about every 1 1/2 years. The price ink cartridges were break me and was so excited that Costco has started filling them. Worked fine the first time and now this time it wouldn't, except Cyan, so I went back to Costco and it replaced the chip. I had 4 more filled with different colors and returned to my office to work from home and the printer does not work with my computer. I printed a test page for the printer straight and it was fine, not my computer because he keeps trying to make me buy the live cartridges. Please help me on this, I can't continue to make trips to Costco and I have to do! This is not good. you sell your printers through Costco and then not allow the owner of HP printer cartridges refilled at the same place! How can I eliminate this problem. Costco is now closed and I have important things to do work. Thank you!

It seems that Costco had filled the wrong cartridges or damaged their.  To be sure, install new genuine HP cartridges and check.  If these work, take your return to Costco for your money back.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless will not be printed with the iPhone 5 s

I was talking to sales person to avoid paying, but I can't believe this. There are printers better but makes no cela a throw away. and who wants to buy a wireless printer that used to print wirelessly? Help!

    Hi Hank, there.

Sorry to hear that you are having a rough go with the printer.

With respect to the 8000 wireless, I guess you've got a newbie on the phone tech rep. I couldn't understand why they said there is no work around, because I was able to get the older printers with HP troubleshooting documents. Some so that might help:

    1. install the printer on your network (if it isn't already) the software of the printer for a wireless network connection

    2. download the HP Mobile E-Print app for iOS. It should still work with non-eprint printers: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/hp-eprint/id299531647?mt=8

  • HP Officejet 6500 a Plus e-All-in-One - E710n ' slow printing - cannot scan.

    Windows 7 64

    HP Officejet 6500 a Plus e-All-in-One - E710n

    Wireless connection

Until recently, I noticed that it takes a good 45-60 seconds to print. From the moment that I hit print say at the start of the printing printer. Real bummer, but today I tried to scan and got an error "Scanner communication cannot be established... "I've uninstalled all the drivers and the printer and reinstalled same thing any suggestions I have to be able to scan.

    Hey alsmith1964,

It seems that the network communication between the PC and the printer has become lost or locked up.  The first step, I would suggest in this case is to perform a cycle of power to all devices in the network circuit.

Follow these steps to reset your printer HP, your router and your computer.

    1. To turn it off, press the power button on the HP printer.
    2. Unplug the power cord at the back of the HP printer.
    3. Unplug the power cord from the wireless router.
    4. Turn off the computer.
    5. Wait 30 seconds.
    6. Reconnect the power cable to the wireless router.
    7. Wait 30 seconds, or until the router is completely ready.
    8. Turn the computer on.
    9. Wait for the computer to recharge.
    10. Reconnect the power cord to the back of the HP printer.
    11. Turn on the printer.

I would like to know if it is able to get the question to be resolved,

    Jason
