OfficeJet 5741: e-mail does not completely print from the laptop, but the fact of the iPhone

My e-mail does not print correctly from my laptop, but made my iPhone. Some pages don't print at all; a few cuts partial printing of pages at random. I have not had this problem with my Officejet 6500 Series. That's happened?

I see that you are able to print from your iPhone, but impression of your Windows computer 8.1 gives you problems. There could be a problem with the driver of printing or the application you are printing from.

To check if you are using the correct printer driver, please download and run the print and Scan doctor, it will be probably diagnose and fix the problem you are experiencing. What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

  • Please try printing from another application to help isolate the problem.
  • Do you use a local web or e-mail client application-based e-mail account?

There could be a problem with the Web browser you are using.

    Sorry to hear that you are having a rough go with the printer.

    With respect to the 8000 wireless, I guess you've got a newbie on the phone tech rep. I couldn't understand why they said there is no work around, because I was able to get the older printers with HP troubleshooting documents. Some so that might help:

    1. install the printer on your network (if it isn't already) the software of the printer for a wireless network connection

    2. download the HP Mobile E-Print app for iOS. It should still work with non-eprint printers: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/hp-eprint/id299531647?mt=8

    Hi, I have a new HP Photosmart C6350 which was working fine until today. I connected via the network from my wireless for two two laptops running vista 64. All of a sudden I can't print from a laptop computer but can print fine on the other.     How do you mean? In the settings you can enable or disable to load remote images... which, in many cases, if you get a mail from bed, bath and beyond, say, their marketing emails are mostly a picture, and if you need to load remote images you will not get the image, just the words.

    I finally got the "Scanner connect to computer" problem solved and fortunately scanned my first document, an image with a lot of lines. Imagine my distress when he does to my computer has each set of lines analysed separately, as individual documents.

    SOLVED!  Here's how:

    I got another question; my driver was not rising with an option for 13 "x 19" paper and refused to print this topic, stating a paper size mismatch. While looking through the forums before posting this question, I came across some people who said they need to install a second driver.

    I wasn't sure that this would help, but as it was easier that removing & reinstalling the drivers, I just downloaded & installed yesterday, I gave it a try. (I used the instructions here. There also instructions to do on hereWindows machines.)

    Then I fiddled with the printer to see if it did any good. In system preferences, I clicked on Printers & Scanners. So I chose this printer with the 2nd version of the driver installed. From there, I clicked on "Open Print Queue... "and then noticed something that I didn't have before.

    Normally, I've been hitting the button settings in the top left. But this time, I noticed a button saying Scanner. I was taken to an interface of real, recognizable, scanning with all the options that I needed to tell him what I had, such as turning off "detect the separate elements"!

    It would have been nice if I would have found this Twitter.com, but good. And I'll leave it square instead of delete, in case it turns out to be useful to someone else.

    When was the last time the devices were power cycled?

    I recommend an oil change of the full power of the system:

    Unplug the router when turned on

    * Wait 30 seconds

    * Connect Router and wait for it to reboot completely

    * Reboot the computer after the powers of the router to the top

    Unplug the printer when turned on

    Disconnect the other end of the power cord from the wall outlet

    * Wait 30 seconds

    * Plug the printer back to

    Try to print now that everything has been updated.  If the unit still does not print, then get the IP address of the printer.  This can be achieved in the Setup Menu > wireless Menu.  Check the IP address which seeks the printing software.

    * Click Start menu on PC

    * Select all programs

    * Select the HP folder

    * Select the folder for the HP Officejet Pro 8500 a A910 series

    * Select update the IP address

    Hello brick,

    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

    I see that your wife's Mac shows the display of the message during the classic presentation.  As you can see the small circle at the bottom of the screen, indicating that the screen has been pushed all the way down, eliminating the part look at a message.  Simply click, hold and drag the symbol upwards to bring this part of the Mail window.

    Do you receive an error message when you try to copy a document from the printer itself?

    If you are not able to print/copy of the printer itself, uninstalling and reinstalling will not help. It would be a problem with the hardware with the printer.

    Try to print a self-test page or printer the printer status report.

    You did it of any material changes or software on the computer before this problem?

    I suggest you chkdsk from the Recovery Console and check if the problem persists.

    At the Recovery Console prompt, type which Suits, and then press ENTER:

    CHKDSK [/ p]: [/ r]

    Note: At first, try to run chkdsk/p & check if it helps. Later, you can run chkdsk/r.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 Premium a don't print from my laptop

    I have an Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium. Juice I had charging ot my driver, thinking that he would resolve the question below, but it didn't. The connection string is portable-> docking station-> ethernet to the router-> ethernet for printer.  On my laptop, I can see the printer ink levels so there is a link but when I try to print, and then select the printer Officejet 8500-(no fax), it tries to print to fax 8500 a and then jump upward with a box of fax.

    Additional information:

    I tried the following:

    -Changed the port to 8500 a fax

    -A tried to set the default printer of the fax to the network printer - received an error message: operation could not be completed (error 0 x 0000709). Double check the name of the printer and make sure that the printer is connected to the network.

    I think I got it this morning.  It seems that I had a print driver that is hidden on the laptop. I say this is because when I went to the printers and drivers in the control panel it showed no printer driver.  I then turned off my laptop, the printer is off, run a usb cable from the laptop to the printer, started the computer completely started printer and print driver has shown in printers and devices.  He is currently working.  I can't really explain why it worked, but it did.

Is there a recovery program that would recover the files into their original folders that were in the deleted Documents folder?  Otherwise, it seems I have to open about 7000 files and sort them in their folders respective orginal.     I think you'll be lucky to get anything.  Where a file is no not part of the file - it's the metadata stored elsewhere, so it is not possible to recover the files to their previous location.  In the future, it would be much easier to restore files if you have a backup.
