4SNS/1/40000001:VPOR-7.015
My Macbook Air started acting glitch. I ran the test equipment and got this error code.
But does that mean? I googled and read and can't seem to find the answer.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Hard drive 4SNS HARD drive voltage error >; SSD in iMac end 2012
Hello - I replaced a HARD drive of 1 TB on an iMac 13.1, end of 2012 with a Samsung 850 500 GB SSD, closed and buttoned to the top of the machine without problem and started and attempt to restore backup time machine. This process completed 85% and then stalled. To restart, I'm stuck in a loop of the error. I ran diagnostic test and received the following code:
4SNS/1/40000001:VH1R-0.000
At first, I thought it was a missing thermocouple that many articles will guide you, but seems it's only on models 2011, not 2012 as in my case.
I opened again and confirmed that the cables are well connected, represented diag and have the same error. Any other suggestions? The player would be bad?
Thank you!
Dan
This error, as you already know, is for the hard drive voltage sensor. Replace the hard drive and EEA, what is happening. It looks like a bad SSD.

Apple Hardware Test reports error message
If you want history, scroll to the bottom. Here's the short version: Apple Hardware Test indicates error 4SNS/1/40000001:VeAS-0.000
This page handy tells my that '4SNS' = a sensor problem. 'V' indicates that it is a voltage sensor; and 'e' is short for PCIe. There is nothing on AS - 0, 000 but I'll allow myself that it could indicate the location PCIe 0, i.e. the bottom, 16 channels gpu 'main' slot. If anyone can confirm or correct this assumption, that would be sweet.
Most important: how serious a mistake it is? I have a Radeon HD 7970 GHz 3 GB edition. I'm he put at risk by continuing to use it? I plan to play a lot more, some on El Capitan, but more on Windows, where I can experiment with overclocking my already factory overclocked GPU. It doesn't seem to be a problem in terms of overclocking software is. Reports of tension, times and speeds of fan exactly as expected.
And the main reason I upgraded from my great MacPro1 OG, 1 to a 4.1 is because I intend to upgrade GHz W3520 2.66 in the 4.1 to a 3.46 GHz W3690. With the upgrade of the processor, I had planned to keep this box for several years. This error indicates that this particular Mac Pro is less great, or maybe even a lemon?
The seller is apologetic and will accept a return. Which will cost me $40. I would stay there or is it really not a problem. It was really a lot...
As you stock up on for Apple hardware Test error messages are very cryptic and not really documented.
I don't know of anyway to know if it's a "fatal" flaw

MacBook Air YOUR - 6.976 error
I ran the Apple hardware test with my old MacBook Air for two years with the battery power. I got the "4SNS/1/40000001: YOUR - 6.976" error.
But when I connected power and repeat the test, I do not see this error. For my MacBook air, when it's on battery, it can only last for 2-3 hours. I checked the battery, it still has 5213 5440 Mah at full load with cycle counter 333 and normal condition.
Can someone help and tell me what I need to fix it. Thanks in advance.

You have problems? Why do you run Apple hardware *?
Of
http://www.CNET.com/news/how-to-invoke-and-interpret-the-Apple-hardware-tests/
which would indicate a bad sensor on one of your memory modules or riser:
In the case of an error in probe (4SNS), to determine what type of sensor is referenced, look for his first letter, which should be 'I' for the current "V" or "T" for temperature, voltage.
Then check the second letter from the list below to see which component it refers to:
A: ambient air sensor
B: battery
C: Central processors (CPU)
D: DC (direct current)
e: PCI-express slot
F: FireWire port
G: graphics processor (GPU)
H: drive
h: heat pipe (heat sink)
L: liquid crystal display
M: memory or the memory riser cardsI would first install a monitoring app like Mac Fan Control of temperature
http://www.CrystalIDEA.com/Macs-fan-control
to see of you can find a bad sensor by reading the memory riser card.
You have a MacBook Pro as indicated: MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

I have a MacBook Pro Late 2008 running the version 10.11.6. My machine has been automatically shut down and restart when I unplugged my Cricut cutting Machine. 4SNS/1/40000000 error code: VDOR - 18.678 &; 18.679
MBP early 2011: I just ran the AHT twice, the first round gave me an error code of 4SNS/1/40000000: VDOR - 18.678, second inning gave the code 4SNS/1/40000000: VDOR - 18.679. Does anyone know what are these error codes? My best guess is probably the RAM, I have (2) modules of 8 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3 OR wireless networking equipment installed. I've noticed recently while multitasking, the wifi connection seems to cling and web pages will not load/downloads will pick up. But the way in which applications will be blocked for 60 seconds makes me think of a bad situation of RAM I have had in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated since the nearest bar genius lies in 2 1/2 hour. Thank you!
No RAM - 4SNS is a sensor error.

When I look at the State of the network and its connections, I find that the Ethernet connection is a "unidentified public"network"and that there is" "no access to the network.
If I make the same connection to the Netgear router to my OLD HP laptop Pavilion I immediately have an ethernet internet access.
Why I can't access ethernet Internet on m y new desktop computer.

Apple Hardware Test error 4SNS/1/40000000: VC0C-1, 519
My Macbook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.53 13 "MID2009 (4 GB RAM, 320 GB HD) looks like her work until I play any music.
When I play any kind of music MP3 or MP4 Player, his plays fine, but after awhile, it starts to hang. I played in iTunes think its iTunes may be the cause. So I downloaded VLC player and it does the same thing. So I thought that maybe the file is corrupted so I copied it on an another MacbookPro and it plays normal without getting stuck / hanging. So I formatted my HARD drive and installed in El Capitan, but it was not a solution. I get the music GET think even stuck/hanging.
I have run the Apple Hardware Test and got the error 4SNS/1/40000000: VC0C-1, 519.
I'm trying to find what this error means, but can't find it anywhere on Apple not the Web.
Y at - it that someone here can tell me what is the cause? What is memory? hard drive? or what?
Anyone has this experience or obtained a solution for me? What should I do?

Someone who knows: Hardware Test 4SNS/1/40000000 error Code: TA0P - 38.875?
This means you need to take in service, Apple does not publish its error codes, but a quick search on Google seems to indicate that it is a sensor error.

HP Pavilion desktop computer - a 550-015: update map PSU and graphics
I currently have the HP Pavilion Desktop 550 015 which has a 180w PSU and a GTX 745.
I'm looking to upgrade to a power supply 450W and then later on the track upgrade the graphics card. I learned that some pre-built computers have a BIOS limitation, which may mean that it will not approve some GPU chipsets.
Is this the case with my PC?
Thank you for the additional information.
I see no reason why this power supply does not work for you. I love Corsair products. However, if I were you, I would buy a 500W power supply at least. It will give extra power to the use of maximum power and won't cost much more if necessary.

I just let people know that this implementation of security update MS10-015 KB977165 caused my computer down. So be wary of the installation of this update on your computer! And if you choose to install, be prepared to recover a system if necessary.
I am running Windows Vista Service Pack 2. After the update was installed, the computer asks for a restart and I click on restart. The computer posted, but it was impossible to load Windows.
windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
0xc0000098
Windows failed to load because the kernel is missing or corrupted.I could start my Windows DVD and perform a recovery of the system. Recovering the system reinstalled an old file ntoskrnl.exe and fixed my computer.
I contacted them the past on a previous incident. Support said that because my computer would not start there was nothing they could do. Support has not yet offered assistance to use the repair options on installing Windows dvd.
I found another method of installation KB977165. Using the Expand.exe utility I have expanded the content of the file Windows6. 0-KB977165-x 86.msu to reveal the Windows6 file. 0-KB977165 - x 86 .cab. Then I expanded the. CAB file to reveal six different branches updated. The branch with the 6.0.6002.18160 version contained new versions patched of ntkrnlpa.exe and ntoskrnl.exe that I needed for my particular computer.
I started from my Windows DVD and selected repair options to reach a command line and copied the updated ntkrnlpa.exe and ntoskrnl.exe files in my directory % systemroot%\system32. Certainly this is not the way in which the update is intended to be installed, but it seems to work for me.

No connection available on my sw5-015
So my nephews SW5 - 015 does not connect to my wireless network. I checked the wireless driver and this is the last and largest. Under network connections, Wi - Fi is in place and running, but in the taskbar, the icon wireless has a red cross on it and when I move the mouse over it it happens not connected - no connection is available. My other wireless devices are able to connect to my network without any problems.
I tried to reset the computer several times, but it keeps the same way.
Wi - fi is definitely on and airplane mode is definitely off.
Any suggestions?
Try to move the computer just above the router. If she sees the wireless network when you're within a few feet away, it is likely that the antenna cables are loose.
