I have half a dozen devices, but no significant activity on them. A WiFi signal is strong. Tried to restart ATV, router, Modem, all without effect. Power outages are not all the time, just on occasion, seems more frequently at the beginning of use. Can't decide if it's Apps, router, Internet signal loss, AppleTV or what. How I understand it?

  I just got my 4th gen APPTV.

  The only thing I can't seem to locate are all my playlists. I created playlists in iTunes continues to play my TV shows and film genres. Easy access with the 3rd generation, been doing this for a few years now.

  I had my 4th Gen Apple TV since November 2015. Last week noted that the TV shows and movies are glitching but if I do a reboot on the apple TV everything works fine again and have to do it every day.

  I need to figure out if there is anything special/different regaurding how ATV (4th Gen) made the resolution DNS when wired to a Comcast cable modem only (no wifi and no router)?  I notice that my ATV selects a different subnet when ATV is set automatically resolve IP and DNS.  Example of my Dell PC Tower and Sony laptop automatically use a subnet of 255.255.255.0, but ATV uses the example below:
