• Not intentional develop Preset applied when importing - Lightroom CC (2015)

  This week (April 25, 2015), I upgraded to LRCC (2015) 8.1 for Windows and Mac OSX Yosemite and today I imported 400 + RAW images, felled at a concert of music from last night in my Windows box. I do not use import Presets, preferring to the hand-to indicate the my options at the time of importation.

  Today, I chose my usual Preset to develop... 'Profile goal, by default, that does what it says on the Tin - apply the default lens profile import. There nothing else... or so I thought.

  After that importation, I noticed that images looked a bit "weird" and I checked the story... the default lens profile has shown in history (except an entry "Of Metadata" that I had not seen before, but suppose a reference using the keywords applied when importing). The 'strangeness' was in fact caused by one another develop preset called "Cave in rock" (a custom preset, I designed myself) and, if by chance or not, was be the first Preset in my list. Checking the settings to develop on the right panels, confirmed all the 400 + images had been imported with the cave in the rock applied.

  I checked the history of a random selection of 12 images; all showed the parameters of development, such as applied, but none showed the name preset in the history panel. My custom "cave in rock" this DOES have the preset 'Goal profile, default' included in it, but maybe it's a coincidence.

  I import RAW of Canon CR2 to a 5 d Mk III files, convert to DNG and build 1:1 previews. Adobe has changed the import process in LRCC.

  the metadata entry I think that means that he support parameters of a metadata xmp file that is next to your raw files. There are everything in the folder you are importing from? If you shot raw + JPEG, the instructions may be in the JPEG file.

  IT is possible that you inadvertently set a default value for the camera.  You can try to reset those preferences-> presets if reset the images don't come back to where it should.

  App-Cleaner is a software that normally works well to remove software that was installed after installation.  The only exception is if the operating system is too new or too old for the application.    Are you sure you are using a recent version of App-cleaning which is known to be compatible with Yosemite product?

  I suggest to contact http://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/ with your newspaper and tell them that you tried to delete.  He might be able to help you from here.

• No applications in the cloud to Adobe at the top of the browser.  How can I fix it?

  Recently, I noticed that the creative cloud 'node' at the top of my web page of Safari was black and from the start, that he had not noted in applications, even if I had LRCC 2015 and 2015 PSCC installed on my Mac Pro Apple.   Thursday afternoon (02/06/2016) I still called Adobe CS and another tech told me and told me (not surprisingly) it was a problem to Apple and they could / should fix. It turns dragging a copy of the catalog on the MacPro HD and opening it. He showed previews.  I still couldn't access the external 2 TB drive.   Apple had not changed anything between the time my drive worked and did not work with the Mac, but had Adobe technicians.

  I disappeared and has not used the Mac until 06/05/2016 yesterday and to my surprise, applications have disappeared from my node Adobe Cloud "drop-down list.  So it was not permanently attached.

  Today I called CS and the person who answered that it was something the tech last week had not made (at that time there I had documented this in Adobe 'How do we?' form for the incident.)  He said he would have this same person to solve the problem and I said ' Let's have someone else besides the same person who had spent an hour and a half and has not only created another problem, but had not fixed the first.»

  It has been agreed that someone else would call me today (this afternoon) and correct the problems.

  It's been a few hours and I suspect that there will be no call so I put this in a forum with the same statement that I put on the last line of the "How do we have in customer service on number:' 0187858640  "Can someone please help me?" in the hope that someone in this forum knows how to solve this problem and maybe even on the drive that no longer connects to the MAC Pro.

  I got LR 6 installed and any subscriber to the LRCC 2015.The Cloud desktop application said that LR CC is installed, but open launches my LR 6. Things like the preset dehaze are not present, which was the reason that, finally, I subscribed to the CC version.   The final solution to this sign off CC everywhere (LR, creative Office Cloud etc), close all programs, wait for the dialog box that says once you sign you will be disabled on this computer unless you reconnect to come up, then start LR without signing in. LR CC came and the dehaze preset was present and functional.

  There must be some sort of cross threading between CC and my stand alone installation, original but I have no idea what it is. Once everything came and was running properly I signed up again and he was happy from this point.

• Premiere Pro CC 2014 incompatibility of imported video length

  I have a problem in Premiere Pro CC 2014 where the audio and video get out of sync as far, you go to any clip.  In troubleshooting, I noticed that first is not properly read the length of the imported video.  Windows reports the right length, just like VLC and the handbrake, but the first shows a time shorter than the real file of about 30 seconds.  I have included information from file of MediaInfo and first here.  Windows reports a (good) length of 01:56:39.  This happen on two different Windows computers both running the latest version of Premiere Pro.  Has anyone seen this?  I tried to look for similar problems, but have not found anything like this.  Thank you!

  This is because the clip has a variable rate. First handle very well the variable image rat.

  I have the 128 GB of Macbook Pro retina early 2015 model. I bought my macbook, the year last January 2015. I am just now having problem with my mac. When I'm trying to boot my laptop it shows the flashing question mark and it does not start after that. For a while it worked, but after the update the laptop is never again.

  After reading all the articles related to this issue and even after trying it the entire process for the departure of mac. I'm not able to start.

  I tried all the normal recovery process in the process of recovery of the internet, but still it does not work for me. When I select the disk utility in the dialog box, the drive does not appear here, so I can't erase and start to reinstall the operating system.

  What should I do now? I was looking for OEM SSD, but it's very expensive. with this prize money of (here in INDIA RS - 50 k) I can get the Macbook Air.

  We have no way of knowing exactly what you have tried that doesn't work unless you tell us. A flashing question mark boot means that your Mac is unable to locate a startup disk to boot from.

  If you haven't tried... start your Mac holding the key Option. That should launch the boot window manager have been, you can select the startup disk, and then click on restart.

  If this does not help, you will need to take the Mac for the service.

  The question mark has nothing to do with your subscription at the end. The question mark on your records indicates that Lightroom cannot find the photos, because they have been moved or renamed, or delete outside of Lightroom. The instructions to fix it are: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing
