  For the trial;

  First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

  1. what program you use to open images?

  2. were you able to open the pictures before without any problem?

  3. you remember to make changes to the computer recently?

  U32prod.dll component is part of the ulead programs (ulead photo explorer, ulead video studio, etc..)

  If you receive this error when you try to use a certain application, you can reinstall the program and check.

  Yes, try reinstalling the CS6 of your drive and enter the serial number. The version of CC CS6 was/is a different download for the subscription model.

  Please use the cleanup tool in the link Use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to resolve installation issues to clean up instances of the application and install it back once more.

  Check your Adobe ID and call customer service if you still have problems. The Adobe ID that you used to buy the collection of CC is the same as one you should use for all your creative cloud stuff.
