If your computer is shipped with hardware gives software test that is running just after hit by the downturn. If this is not the case, see if you can find software to monitor your video card and CPU temperatures during the game.

Tech support said there is nothing they can do, but take care to have a replacement mounted. This doesn't seem fair to me. Not all happy.

  Why? Because it s nothing unusual that the battery would start to lose own performance after a period of use.

  AFAIK after over 500 times of loading/unloading procedures, the battery will begin to lose performance.
  This means reduces the battery life and someday you need to replace.

Installation of SP3, to 50%, battery dies the laptop right in the middle of the installation of the SP3 update. Restarted, XP starts with black screen with cursor only. ERD restart order and restore XP to the last known good config (I choose point immediately after XP clean install). Reboot to XP. Now the wallpaper shows as well as the error message saying "Explorer.exe Application error, click OK to exit Explorer" dialog and then I can't access anything. Any ideas?

  I recently used the reformat windows 8 setting, "all remove and reinstall windows.

  I have had no problems or issues with the process until I've decided to use windows update to install the necessary updates.

I am able to boot and log in the game, but after about two minutes, it disconnects, gives me an error message saying: "unable to connect to the game server. Please try again later. "The window closes so saying me that I was disconnected. The game works perfectly fine on my old laptop, which is running Windows 7 and has worse characteristics.
