  If the system has a LED backlight (which is what it sounds), part of the panoply of LED does not - you will need to replace the screen.

  What version of Windows have installed you on the laptop?

  When did you notice this problem? If this is a recent problem, follow the steps in this document to restore your computer to an earlier point.

  Follow these steps in this document to start your computer in Mode safe. Safe mode that will start the Basic programs and drivers required to start Windows. If the screen is back to normal in safe mode, it lets us know that the issue is not the base drivers. We can then pass from the computer in a clean boot State. This will let us know if a software conflict is causing the problem.

  If none of these measures, you can contact Toshiba.

• HP PAVILION 22FI - lower part of the screen heats up

  Today, I bought a HP PAVILION 22FI. I noticed by chance, after an hour of use, only the lower middle and the right side of the screen was really hot. Surprisingly, the lower left of the screen was not hot at all and so was half top of the screen. Is this normal?

  I also found the adapter monitor provided across was not that of HP. It says LITEON. This could be a problem?

  With the help of LR 5.5 on Lenovo Thinkpad PC running Windows 7. Resolution 1440 x 900 screen.

  I tried to increase the font size, but started with 200% and now I can't access the bottom of the pages. The pages are too large. If the text and the buttons below are unavailable. Therefore, I can not now reduced the font size to next lower size (or any other size), and the program is unusable. I uninstalled LR thought reinstalling it would go back to the default font size, but it does not work. No doubt the uninstall does not remove everything.

  My original problem was too small, hard to read fonts. Also don't like white on black, and would only reverse.

  How to return to the original too small fonts terrible but better than nothing!

  You need not reach the button with the mouse. Pressing 'Enter' will act as if you pressed the button. After you change the size of text, you may have to quit LR and open it again.

  Note: Turn on the computer laptop and typing on the F10 key to access the BIOS

  2. Please tilt the laptop display slowly to the back and the front, check and check

• I have an event soon wishing prints 4 x 6 given to participants who has a logo provided in one corner and my title generated through the lower part of the rest of the impression. I was able to save the logo and title separately in the identity plate, but

  I soon got an event that wants only the 4 x 6 prints given to participants at the event with a box of logo provided in one corner and my title generated through the lower part of the rest of the impression. At this point, I have both registered in the identity of the Lightroom print module plate and tried to get them in place on a model. He wants me to place one or the other on the model in the picture, but not both (which I need). How can I get both on a template and then save this model so I can just pull up and start shooting prints during the event? I'm not WiFi devices yet so I intend import to Lightroom from the SD through my Macbook card and then wired to an Epson photo printer. Test prints I have the air out well with the box logo or title across the lower part, but I really need both on prints for my client. Thank you.

  Why not use watermark custom logo and him custom identity plate for the title in the LR print module? You also have the option to add the title at the bottom of the image using 'Photo Info' selection "Custom Text". After installation, you can save this as a new model. Unless I'm missing something, it should do the job.

  You can have Creative Cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the website of Adobe using your Adobe ID, download the creative application Cloud, then download the applications you want to use.
