Tour of old Dell... want to spend XP to a new laptop computer... HOW? ___

Hi people!

I have a Dell DEAD tour... it has XP Home on it.  I want to move it to a laptop (new), that may come pre-loaded with 7.0 Win.  I need it because I have old analyzes stocks and Willmaker programs who are older who should work on XP.

Microsoft allows you to transfer XP on a new laptop computer?  How can I do?  Any help would be appreciated.  Links?

Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry, but the XP Setup that came with your Dell Tower is connected to this computer and cannot be moved to another computer.  It is also likely that XP does not work on your new laptop, because the manufacturer of the laptop didn't design it for XP and does not include drivers for XP.

But there is hope!  If you get a new computer with Windows 7 Professional or ultimate, you can use Windows XP Mode to run old programs in a virtual XP machine.
