6210 HP all-in-One pages feed

I use my 6210 HP all-in-One for about three years without problem. Now, all of a sudden, the pages feed, and when he tries to feed them, it looks like there are gears that are not meshing. The average user can correct? Otherwise, it's an expensive solution? I would like to throw the thing in the trash and start over, but I have three series of black ink and color for her. Thanks in advance for any help!

Unfortunately, I did it all, and I doubt that the printer is under warranty. I'll check to see what it will cost to fix if indeed, it can be fixed. As I said, the only reason why I would go through that trouble is I have still three sets of ink for the thing! Thanks for your help!

  • Process the password recover all on one page (using AJAX)?

    Hi people,

I created a page with the login form in a secure area, and I also load the application form to recover password on/_System/SystemPages/PasswordRetrieveRequest page using AJAX.

The request to recover password is displayed when a user presses the lost password link. It all works very well.

What I would do , is also display the results of the form submission request to recover password on the same page. I understand that the endpoint is LostPasswordProcess.aspx but I'm not sure how exactly to go about it.

I noticed a few months when you try to print some labels they were twisted.  Today when I tried to print what it takes labels on just plain paper, they come out crooked path and when I looked the traction of the printer paper in it is to pull the paper and more fast or hard on the right side (as look you).  I love everything about a printer and would like to know if there is something that we (non computer people) can do to solve the problem.

-C' is just normal 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper, they are aligned properly in the tray...

    Any help would be great.

    Thank you

Generally, this is caused by dirt on the rollers of the printer.  Follow the steps outlined in the document below to clean the printer rollers.  Let me know what happens.

    AggyTheSlyFox

    Hello

The application of the HP Toolbox is no longer available for Widnows 7 for your printer, just a basic print and scan drivers set is available as you can find below:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02663591

You can print a self-test to find ink levels estimated on some levels, or to ensure print quality is good for some older models.

Print a self-test of the all-in-one page to verify that the all-in-one works properly. If a test page does not print, contact HP for assistance. To print a self-test page, follow the steps below:

  • 5610 all-in-one - black thick top of line down on the pages scanned using the scan feeder tray ONLY

Using HP Officejet 5610 all-in-one I've had for years and maybe 6 months ago, I noticed that anything that is analyzed by the load plate (if you need to scan a bunch of pages without having to analyze each page individually between analyses what is tedious that need constant attention) has this thick black line goes up and down on the middle left of THE pages scanned. Honestly, it looks really bad like if there is something hidden in this terrible line through the process of moving the paper through the feeder, BUT the original is just fine without damage.

If I scan just a page by placing the document on the scanner glass, and then NO matter whatsoever.

    100% reproducible every time.

So I know that it has nothing to do with the glass (which is clean), but only when the scanned document must pass through.

Checked the forums for similar problem and found no exact match.

I imagine that an expert out there knows the answer to that high hand. IF you could speak up, I would appreciate it.

    I THOUGHT ABOUT IT!

    I read another post:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/scanning-faxing-and-copying/HP-OfficeJet-Pro-8500A-plus-vertical-black-lines-only-when/m-p/1391261/highlight/true#M30268

who is mentioned on opening the ADF cover. Well I opened the whole Assembly, having absolutely NO idea how it all works, and I found a 1 "x 8.5" thick mirror (for lack of a better term) who had what looked like white paint on it to the place where the pages were probably getting the black line. I scratched, retested and the question was gonzo - that's all!

Then my wife just told me that she thinks that she knew what the problem was all along. She had put on a page and it had not dried, and she tried to put it in the charger to make a copy. She just thought that we were going to replace the printer even when and if ever, let me know. During this time it was me mad for months. What are you laughing at me? This all-in-one works very well for years - replace without good reason, must learn a new product, get new cartridges, out the same old, same old, NO way. If it is not broke, do not replace it!

  • 2050 all-in-one is blurred lines and feed new pages in the middle of print job

    Printer HP 2050 all-in-one

    Windows 7 Prof 64

No recent changes. Printer worked for about 1 year.

    Problem:

Some lines are unusually short and the letters are crumpled.  Printer is often a page feed for no apparent reason in the middle of a paragraph.  At first, I thought that the rollers of the printer have been problems grabbing the paper, but then I realized that it reproduces errors exactly in the same place for a given document.  Document one might offend lines 4 and 20 and line feed line 40 whenever I print that document B could online on line 4 and scunch line 35 every time I print it.

I look like a problem of software for sure.  I uninstall the software and reinstall with a new download.  Let me know what happens.

  • HP Photosmart C309 - a printer feeds all in one ink

I had printers HP all-in-one for years and have been very happy with them so far. I don't do a lot of printing, and my last printer, the HP Deskjet 2510 would keep ink for 6 months. He was a shot-color cartridge and a black cartridge. My current printer, the C309-a, feeding ink. It has 4 individual color cartridges and a black photo cartridge. I haven't printed 50 sheets with black ink and the cartridge is almost empty. On 2 February, I changed all the cartridges and with the small amount of printing I did I think that all cartridges must be more than half full.

I read that this type printer goes through a process to prepare for printing using ink so I only turn the printer on when I need to print, rather than let on and he prepares to print every day when I turn on my laptop.

What can be done to save the ink, which is very expensive? If this issue cannot be solved, I'll have to look at printers other than HP, when I buy my next.

    Thank you for your help.

I suggest to leave the printer, it will enter a low power state automatically.  Make sure that you always have the printer plugged in to an outlet.  If you use an external switch (e.g. a Director or switch the power jack) out of ink will be used each time you start.

The printer will give an early warning that the ink becomes low, the cartridges do not need to be replaced until print quality begins to suffer.  Ink warning is intended to give notice if you have the time to have a replacement in hand.

    Some other suggestions:

    • Do not run unnecessary cleaning cycles.  Cleaning cycles are rarely necessary and use ink.
    • Use draft mode printing of common materials.  Draft mode uses about half Normal or best mode ink.
    • If printing on plain paper using "Plain paper" parameters in the selection of paper.
    • Not your case, but if you did a lot of printing XL cartridges have a better cost per page value.

I really want to THANK you ALL for READING THIS & YOUR TIME. So please help if you can...

    and ideas?

    Thank you, xxVEGASxx

    * xxVEGASxx *.

You can do a reset of the printer using the LED screen on the printer.

Select Configuration, then Tools, then restore the default settings. "Restore default settings" is the last element of the list and you will have to scroll down to see it.

Which erases all settings, including the password for the printer.

To reset you describe is probably the one mentioned in this article:

    http://resetprinters.com/how-to-reset-the-HP-OfficeJet-Pro-8600-premium-all-in-one-printer/

but it's probably a deeper reset that you really need anyway.
