  I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

  a. right click on the Windows Explorer icon

  b. in the menu that appears, click Properties.

  c. in the target box, add the command line switch ' / root ' to the "% SystemRoot%\Explorer.exe" command, using the startup location that you want.

  d. for example, if you want Explorer of Windows to start at the root of drive C, edit the command as follows:

In all other cases, even when I start my laptop, the frequency is 0.5 GHz (and you understand that it works at low frequency because it lags a lot).   All processors are compatible x86_64, so the only limitation is looking for drivers. Have you tried just to install the OS?

  * Edit * missed a detail on the thread that you had linked. The Yoga 11 was a Windows RT device and not a device Windows x86_64. Your 11 s Yoga is a completely different architecture and must be running Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 32 bit without problems. You need locate if device drivers.
