• HP photosmart 7520: HP photosmart 7520 fax: failed the test on status of fax line

  HP photosmart 7520 fax not only the 'fax line condition test', indicating the fax line has a weak signal.  Bouquet of use digital AT & T with a telephone line.  AT & T verified digital line and was OK.  Read an answer from FAQ indicating a test line fax failure condition may be due to a digital line vs a line analog and a digital filter can be a solution.

  Is there another solution in addition to the digital filter solution?

  I understand that you have a 7520 Photosmart of HP printer e-all-in-one that does not respect the line the condition test fax, even if AT & T checked and said it was OK. I would like to help.

  Here is a support document which deals with the types of telephone lines different and various options - using an HP all-in-one or a product of Fax on a PBX, ISDN, or DSL phone systemof configuration.

  I don't know if they do it, but you could see if your provider offers a voice over IP service (VoIP). Here is a document of support, you can view - Fax with VoIP Services.

  My wife and I have worked trying to fax fully both sides of a sheet of paper for too long, this morning. We used the ADF and flat glass, but were never invited for another page for our fax. Sure there must be a way to fax both sides of a document without copying from the other side and power 2 documents through the ADF (?)...

  The closest thing I found would be to impose a 'pause' when sending this (?), but I have not tried this because I don't see how to insert another page of fax; and I need to do other work.

  I have read the documentation and searched online for this answer without finding her. Please help me and we all can have this same problem.

  Fax a document duplex is not supported by the device, the sole support of charger high fax from one side of the page, several pages of the scanning glass is not supported on any model with a charger to top of the page.

  You must either copy only pages 2-face at a 1 page of face, or from the scanner HP scan to PDF software.

  The glass of the scanner source, check the preview to see the and set the resolution to 300 DPI or below.

  Use the button Add pages of the preview of the scan to scan pages manually, save the scan job, and then print the file to the copy of the Photosmart 7520 fax on your computer.

  You can connect the modem to a fax only. You must also make sure that your computer (or your external fax modem) is connected to an analog phone line, and that the phone line has a dial tone so that you can place and receive phone or fax calls.

• Photosmart 7520 copy/fax problem

  Hello. I have a photosmart AIO nine 7520 which, so far, works very well. It suddenly stopped doing the 'sound' when I load paper into the feeder at top of the page to make a copy or send a fax. It is used to operate a Bell to let me know that it detects im paper loading. And that's not all. When I send a 1 or a fax of 2 pages or try to make a copy of page 1 or 2, once the second page is going through, the Manger continues to turn and make a noise loud enough as it is trying to feed another piece of paper that is not there... and the error comes "original weakest error". Ive tried all the FAQ told me to do and it still does not work. In fact, I got the chimes to come back earlier today for a bit, but it was always do the same thing. try to take more of paper that is not there and that the error. This has never happened before, I have not changed the settings, please help, thank you.

  Installation of the new hp 7520 AIO.

  As soon as I plug the phone line into port #1, the phone line is open, and no calls can be received or made.

  The configuration of the fax went well, auto answer is disabled.

  Recycled power several times.

  As soon as the line is connected, the line is open, in a few seconds, the system plays the message "If you want to make a call' as if the phone was left off the hook. No calls can be made or received.

  System functioning normally by other means.

  Based on the description of the problem I think that there is a problem with the fax module (line circuit).

  If you're not in the United States, and then connect to www.hp.com , bottom left it is an icon of the world map, click it and then select the region that you belong to, which would then provide the support options for you for this region.

• 7520 fax connection prevents phone calls

  I have a Panasonic phone/digital answering machine put in place. The 7520 is a wireless connection.

  Fax HP wire is connected to the main phone BT which has of the basic unit of Panasonic. When I plugged just get a tone continued on the phone when you call so no calls are possible.

  "The fax test says ' NOT USING THE CORRECT TYPE OF PHONE CORD ' solution: use supplied cord - who I am!

  I can send and receive faxes.

  So the only solution I have now are ti offset and reconnect the telephone fax cable, which is a bit annoying!

  Any ideas please?

  I noticed your message and want to touch base on this issue.

  By you mentioning "BT", I'm guessing that you are in the United Kingdom. If so, the connections should be connected somehow. I have a guide for you to watch in which different connection scenarios.

  I can only fax from my all in one printer.  Before moving to Windows 10, I was able to access my fax and all functions (including the history of fax and phone book).

  I have a HP Officejet 4500 desktop computer.  I just removed my computer laptop and installed again.  I try to print a signed photo of T-Mobile, but when the image comes up and I click on print the fax box goes up and I can't get the image to print.  I've never implemented the part of fax this printer because I have no idea what type of plug to use so why don't keep coming fax box?

  I see that you experience a problem where the Fax driver for the 4500 appears when you try to print from your computer.  What is the operating system of the computer you are using with your Officejet 4500?

  If you are using a Windows PC:

  • Open the file devices and printers (printers and faxes on some older Windows OS')
  • Right-click on the 4500 installed in this folder
  • Hover over the set as default option and check to see which option is checked (Officejet 4500 or Officejet 4500-Fax)

  If the Fax driver is the default value, then it will pull up the Fax driver when you try to print.

  I have a cable for Officejet 4500 all-in-One.  For some reason, he was acting kind of odd.  One of my friends wanted to fax documents.  I turned on the printer waiting to happen to him.  This thing suddenly started printing of old faxes received two weeks earlier.  I've never touched a thing.

  When my friend arrived, I went to fax his paperwork.  For some reason any thing would take the first page, however, stop the connection until the other seven would be sent.  I've set up again and it's the same thing with the second page.  A third time brought no action what so ever.  The document feeder would not move even the pages using.  I thought it was because the phone has been off the hook, but it does not solve the problem no more.

  The only thing that he would make a rattling noise when moving even not the paperwork through.  I don't really know what to do with this thing.  Help, please.  Thank you.

  I receive a notice of "loss of wireless connection" when I go to efax. The WiFi signal is strong and I can print, scan and receive faxes without any problem. I can't just send faxes directly from the device. Thank you
