  Yes the gpu is soldered to the motherboard.

  Well you can heat with in-house tools, it could restart the laptop, but that's just temp fix, fix it properly, you have to completely take off gpu and put in a new one, and to be done with reballing station which as I said is not good cheap.

  I would like to delete the stuff you want via programs and features and then create acustom Refresh Image. Then, if you need to recover, use the IRC with no expansion of the seller. Create an image of Microsoft System or use third-party imaging software.

  Just recently, my satellite pro m76e ceased to recognize blank CDs. If I stick a CD it recognizes that it is a CD, but if I click, it throws an error message indicating that "D:\ is not accessible.   My cd/dvd rw drive will not read certain DVD/CD-ROM. I bought my equium (A100 I think) laptop, nine less than a year ago and have had this problem since I got it. The disk which do not work on the laptop work fine on another pc / dvd players, if the disc is not defective. At first I thought that it would be a driver issue because some of the disc worked fine, so I never got the laptop back to the store I bought.

  I recently just got internet installed in my house and I went to the toshiba site to see if there are newer drivers that would solve this problem. I downloaded a bios update and an update of dvd ram and installed, but am still having the same problem.
